    We have been using Specialty Answering Service for almost a year now and they are invaluable to our organization. We are a small organization and do not have a dedicated person for the this particular service that we provide. They are friendly and efficient and we receive messages within seconds of our customers calls. Their staff is fantastic! Thank you!

    Our office is new to this type of service and the change to a platform based service has been great. SAS provides lots of support to get you up and running. After you have been using the system for a month or so they will contact you for to discuss the trends in your system. Questions or concerns are handled professionally and quickly. The customer service staff is outstanding. Thank you SAS for a wonderful first few months!

    Evaluated several companies. Chose SAS based on price, flexibility, and the fact that they built and manage their own platform as opposed to whitelabeling someone else's. Support throughout the call flow setup process was excellent. There is a learning curve but it is an intuitive platform so it didn't take long to get comfortable. Very satisfied and very impressed. SAS should be at the top of your shortlist.

    Truly the most effective use of time and money versus hiring an additional employee to answer phones. Knowing every call will be answered 24/7 is HUGE in this day and age when everyone wants a response NOW. The management at SAS walked us through every scenario involved in a call; sends out follow-up emails to the caller depending upon specific information requests. Best of all, every call is recorded so that we are able to check in and make sure everyone is on point at all times. I highly recommend Specialty Answering Services!
