    We had about 20 windows installed ($45K job). Renewal was dishonest and they damaged my property. It has been over 10 months and they have not resolved the open issues. After 6 visits from Renewal, we still have open issues. I have new damage to my property due to the sloppy installation from their subcontractors.
    During the sales process, I was told multiple times that they did not sub out the work. This is not true and this is one example of dishonesty. I would not recommend Renewal for any work because they will say anything to get the job and the quality of work doesn't support the premium they charge for windows. I even had an amendment added to the agreement outlining any damages would not be my responsibility. None of this means anything to them because they are taking money and moving on. BE CAREFUL!

    The installation team was very professional and helpful and did an excellent job. They were very attentive to the needs of their customer (me). The Renewal by Anderson product (terrace door) also seems very durable and well built.

    I had all the windows on the second floor replaced. The crew was great they were very professional. Communication was very clear and they explained what to expect and asked if I had any questions. They worked together as a team to get the job done. I love my new windows. I am a repeat customer, Renewal by Anderson windows are the best.

    Great job by Roman. Very neat and professional, everything was done meticulously, we are very happy with the outcome . Definitely will recommend, prices are great, company communicates with you promptly and regularly, unlike private competitors. Worthwhile investment in your home.
