    Im unable to get through to anyone to cancel my door, I have been waiting since August to have this door installed and its Oct 26. Cancel my order. **** from your ************** refuses to help me. Im in *******************

    BEWARE!!! This company takes advantage of pushing sales on the elderly and mentally impaired. The salesman **** ********* knowingly pushed a sale on my Friend who had brain cancer and just got out of brain surgery fresh with stitches on his head. My friend passed away on September 11th 2024.Months before my friend came to me to help him cancel this project because he did not know how to get his point across to **** ********* of canceling. **** would not talk to me at the time after calling him and leaving him a ************ friend was not even the home owner. The homeowner is an elderly woman who sees a psychiatrist and therapist and is prescribed medication for mental disabilities. I have already reached out to the ** of sales **** ***** to discuss this matter. His response was the homeowner will lose $11,528.25 or he could see about taking 5% off the installation. The people at this company have ZERO EMPATHY and practice pushing SHADY UNETHICAL business sales to the elderly and mentally impaired.

    The entire job of replacing 8 windows in our home was completed quickly and efficiently in 1/2 day. All staff from the sales rep Raphael to the 2-personUkranian installation team were professional, friendly, and explained all steps along the way. Periodic phone calls from Renewal by Anderson kept us up to date on the installation schedule and checked our satisfaction with the job. I highly recommend this company and won't hesitate to give these folks a call if needed for window or door replacement in the future. Thanks for a job well done!

    The entire process starting with Russ was completely honest and professional. Jason the installer was excellent and efficient. Everything was cleaned up and neat. All questions were answered and/or explained. Very professional and on time. Russ followed up with me on the day of the install. I will call them back again for other work as needed.
