      I am on automatic delivery, which used to be every three months but they switched over to every six months. Well it’s been six months and I ended up running out of propane in my tank. I went online and filled out that my current levels were 0% and was then placed on an expedited 1 day delivery. I called the next morning and spoke to someone who informed me after being put on a brief hold that I would indeed be placed on the list to be filled that day. After hours had passed and the day almost gone I called again only to be told then that I’d be delivered Tuesday mind you this is Saturday. Currently I have no hot water and no stove. This is ridiculous especially when it’s their job to make sure customers don’t run out. Automatic delivery should mean piece of mind for the customer!

      This is the worst company /customer service I have ever dealt with. I used to use ENERGY NORTH, which was purchased by Amerigas. Since then, the customer service and responsiveness has gone in the shitter. I called last week at around 15%. They gave me a delivery date of June 2nd. June 2nd comes. I wait all day. I call 3 times and are immediately speaking with someone in another country. A call center, sounded like a huge party going on in the background. I could not hear the call-taker. I kept asking when the delivery would be arriving. His exact response was "AFTER LUNCH", Not sure wth that means but whatever. Called again a few hours later, got another far-away call center - same thing "your delivery will be there today". 8 PM rolls around - no delivery. Called the EMERGENCY line and finally was connected to someone I could hear and understand who had me on-hold for 32 minutes (yes, THIRTY TWO MINUTES) as she tried to contact her supervisor. Not sure why it took that long only to come back to me and say "THE DRIVER WASN'T ABLE TO FINISH HIS ROUTE AND WENT HOME FOR THE DAY". Yes, that's a direct quote. Meantime, I'm on fumes, I got two kids (one with Covid) and they already had my $300. Charged the day I called, rather than the day gas is delivered. No problem taking the money. I pitched an absolute Karen and told her this was unexceptionable and that if something came up with the driver, all I needed was a freaking call to let me know. No calls, no emails - NOTHING (even though they verified with me all of my information like 12 times). She finally said "you will be our first delivery tomorrow". Not sure what's going on with AMERIGAS but according to the website of the corporate office - there are many powers that be, all who LOOK the part, but none who include a contact number or email. After this delivery - I'm getting out of this ridiculous company and finding someone with top notch customer service and one that keeps it's promises.
