    Stay away from this company!!!! When I needed them, in regards to my husband's car being serviced and repaired I was not able to reach them nor ******'s service department. The telephone number listed on website is temporarily out of service, can you believe this? Now we have to come out of pocket with $1,788.52 that the majority of this cost should have been covered by Concord Auto Protect.

    I paid $3100 for extended auto warranty 9/18/2020 which went to 2026. Now my car needs auto repair work for $7500 and Concord is no where to be found.**** *******, *********, ********

    I originally bought a bumper to bumper Premium policy (VSP# 895229) for our 2015 Cadillac SRX on 8/8/2019 and paid $1,800.00 in full up front to cover this vehicle until 2/8/2025 or 125,800 miles. On 7/12/2024 at 50,597 miles I was having a shifting issue and took it to the local Cadillac dealership for service. They indicated it needed the control modular and valve body replaced at the cost of $3328.12. They contacted Concord Auto Protect for preapproval for the work and were told they would get back to them. Four days later after several phone calls the Cadillac service writer was told “sorry but those items are not covered under our policy plan”. After reviewing the entire policy and stated exceptions, no where does it exclude either of these parts. So I called Alex Brenner, the Concord adjuster who had declined the coverage and contacted the dealership, and told him I had the contract right in front of me and neither the contract nor the exception excluded those parts from them covering this repair. Again he declined to cover it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he sent me to Michael Solomon, which I have learned is the owner, only to leave an unreturned voicemail. After several emails sent to Michael I finally got a response on 8/5/2024 that said “We will look into this matter and advise shortly”. Well I’ve been waiting over 40 weeks for him to look into this matter and have yet to hear anything, even after many emails. Of course I had to pay for the entire repair along with the wasted $1800.00 for this worthless insurance. BEWARE OF CONCORD AUTO PROTECT!!!

    I canceled my contract with Concord Auto Protect after paying them $1,998.76 before it went into effect. October of 2024.They told me I will get my full refund back within 30 ******* of today April 2nd 2025 they haven't paid me back.Ived called every day for the past 4 months and get promised it's going back into my account, it never *********** **** ****** AKA ******* ******* personally apologized and says it coming! NOT! They avoid my calls now and emails.I've even agreed to payments still it was resolved! But money never comes.These people are scammers ripping people off for there money! This is criminal and being reported.Going on 6 months now.I lost my Sister and needed this refund to pay my last respects and let them know , they told me I'd have my refund immediately! Never ******** disrespectful no companion.Anyone who can help me with this complaint I welcome your assistance.

    I cannot get them to pay for my repairs that should be covered. What I would like to know, why are they still in business? Cant one of our government agencies help us as consumers?

    My truck has been sitting for a month and a half. They won't return a call and tell me they are working on it and I will have an answer by 4 that day. Well that has been numerous times. Now finally I got ahold of a representative that would talk to me and not hang up on me. This company was great the first policy I had with them from 2018 to 2023 and they were rated #2 at that time. But this second one it is terrible. Now their rating is a F and they aren't in the top 10 running. I don't know where they rate. **************** for the most part is non existent. Becareful of this company.

    I purchased the highest level of protection for my vehicle and have had the worst experience with any company regardless of the industry. My car has been in the shop for three months solely due to the speed of their claim processing. My claim was approved after two and a half months of emailing and calling daily (they did not cover all of the labor, leaving me to pay over $700 out of pocket). My claims adjuster, **** *******, has not replied to any emails I have sent besides maybe one throughout this 3-month process. The shop my car is in is ready to tell me they don't want to deal with them as they are afraid they won't get paid. Since my claim was approved, Concord said they would provide and send the parts to the facility (3rd party parts, meaning the shop won't warrant the work) however I have not been able to get a tracking number or any estimate of when these parts will arrive. I have now been emailing and calling for nearly three weeks to get this information and it is extremely frustrating. Seems like my protection was a waste of money. When it was sold to me, I was deceptively told they would throw in a tire warranty with my protection. This 'tire warranty' covered like two tires and only up to $200 on each tire, which is not even half of what one of my tires costs.

    My policy had to be canceled because our car was damaged beyond repair so my warranty with Concord was canceled and I was told that we would receive a refund within 30 days. We never received the refund so I called requesting a status. I was told it would be Zelled to me on 10 days. I didn't happen. I called back. Concord customer service then stated I would receive my refund by mail in the next 10 days. No refund again. Next I was told we will receive our refund by the end of the month. No refund. Do not buy a warrenty from Concord. They are fraudulent ripoffs and should not be in business.

    Do not BUY I just had my AC compressor go bad and it cost me more than the warranty paid. And then was told they were going to refund me some of what I paid and never received anything! and they will not pay for oem parts.
