  As usual , **** returned my call within 10 minutes. With his typical professionalism and courtesy he scheduled ***** to fix our problem the next morning. ***** arrived on time had us back in working order in record time. But not only that....he was an absolute joy to talk to. He explained his plan clearly....and was so very polite and personable. My husband and I were both so impressed with this young man. Just outstanding. Thank you ***** and ****. I need more stars to fill in!!

  Two technicians came out to look at a clogged sewer drain and small sinkhole in the yard. They snaked the drain for nearly an hour but did not unclog it stating clay and soil were discovered. At that point, I was told a pipe had collapsed and the drain could not be unclogged. I was asked to pay $199 for their failure to unclog my drain. After they left, the actual plumber came out for the 5k quote to fix the collapsed pipe. I was told the $199 would only be removed if I agreed to the fix. Skeptical, I phoned another local company who sent a plumber out the next day. He unclogged the drain in five minutes, which showed no signs of clay or soil, and we've been problem free since.

  McVay Plumbing is one of the best plumbing business Ive encountered. Once being able to contact someone, they were very responsive and came out to assess my plumbing issues right away. Their quotes are very reasonable, as I received several quotes from other plumbers that were excessively high and extremely costly where they tried to get me to finance the work. McVay relieved my stress where the same work was affordable and did not require financing. *** and ***** are two of the most professional and friendly plumbers in the game. I recommend requesting specifically these two gentlemen anytime. Their customer service was beyond excellent and they communicated the completed work in terms that I was able to understand. I highly recommend McVay Plumbing for any major plumbing needs, as their work is not only affordable, but professional, and quality completion.

  I had separate visits from ***** and ***** - both were excellent. They took the time to help me understand what my problems was, how they were fixing it and how I can work to avoid having the problem repeat itself. Will recommend to friends.

  The company continued to perform work without my authorization. The initial work jeopardized the integrity of my land resulting in deformation of my back yard/ deck. They refused to repair. I was continually mislead and lied to. Additional work was needed done a couple months later to pass the dye test which again was never communicated and performed without my knowledge. Calls/emails placed went unreturned.
