    The young lady who came to our home to demonstrate the windows and explain the process was the best! We felt like family at the end of her presentation. We didn't have to wait too long to hear back from the company with the second measurement and production schedule. Our installer was super, very detail oriented, and very meticulous in his craftsmanship. Needless to say, we are quite pleased with our experience.

    I wasn't familiar with this company, but the appointment was laid back and informative. The order was placed and custom produced in an amazingly short time frame, during which we were updated on the status without having to ask. Installation by ******* and ***, the guys were punctual, personable and mindful of the property. Sixteen windows were replaced in half the time it took another company to install ten at my previous place. They couldn't have been more on point and I will recommend them highly. Hoping the service I may need in the future matches this first great experience.

    I hate giving them even one star. This was the worst experience ever. Their employees lie to you and when you try to talk to someone about it, they just seem happy you fell for the scam and signed the contract. They didn't call before appointments, they didn't show up for appointments and when they did, they were not prepared to do the actual work. I was so excited by their product and was hoping to get them to do the rest of my windows next year but forget that. I don't appreciate the lies, the complete lack of professionalism or the amount of disrespect that was shown for my time and my home.

    This review is only in regards to ***, our UWD rep. This young man presented himself very professionally, very informative and knowledgeable of the UWD windows, answered any and all questions we had, and reviewed the contract in it's entirety with us. *** was very patient and polite.     ***** the salesman was a pleasure to deal with & was available for all my questions. Only thing we didn't like was having to make a decision to go with Universal Windows or lose deal/discount being offered...had wanted to get other estimates..that's how you shop , but pleased with went with Universal Windows..will know better come winter. Our major complaint/definite disappointment was that the glass size is smaller than orginal glass size despite being told by Paul who is the person that comes to measure windows replacement...he told us we'd have MORE GLASS SPACE than original windows ( ******) but have much less & more frame. Now as for the installer...**** Moran...ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING !!! His skill level & personality was Perfect ! Worked extremely hard & truly an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you **** * *****..not sure if you made a mistake but you were wrong in having more glass in replacement windows despite being asked that he was sure. That is only thing we'd like addressed..corrected ? Could be by having these replaced. ***** our salesman was notified & sent pictures as he asked to address this. Will wait & see. Bottom line..would i recommend & use Universal Windows...yes i would. Hope to hear back from them regarding smaller glass size in all windows despite being promised the opposite. Oh...had 5 windows installed...not small ones & only 1 installer but **** worked like 2 ! Rated 4 because of glass size being incorrect & told it would be larger than original windows or at least the same size instead of more frame...was actually thinking a 3.5 rating but because of glass size & given false information when windows were measured.

    **** did an awesome job installing the two windows we needed put in after the first two installers performed a total tear out and discovered severe water damage we needed to fix. **** came and installed the two windows himself, along with new frames and trim around the windows. I was highly impressed with his work given that this wasn't a typical install. The windows overall look fabulous and move so smoothly. I love the half screens, the tilt-in function for cleaning, and how sleek they look. Outside noises are definitely muted and the double panes are doing a good job at keeping out the summer heat. I'm so glad we chose Universal - even communication with corporate regarding scheduling and billing questions has been smooth so far.

    I cannot say enough about Universal Windows. First, the salesman we had was very prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable about the windows. Within a next day they came and measured all of old windows and about a month later the new windows were installed. **** and *** arrived at 9 am. And worked in 90 degree heat and humidity. They know what they are doing and worked very well together. They were very polite and above all never left a mess in our house. Our windows are perfect and beautiful. I must say that we were nervous about buying new windows with all of the companies out there to choose from. But we made the right choice with Universal Windows. The quality is very high and priced in the middle of other companies. We are very happy with them and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Thank you Universal Windows

    The 11 windows are really nice quality and I am so happy with them. The sales person answered all of my questions thoroughly before making my decision to go with Universal Windows Direct. **** is stellar at installing these windows, he does an excellent job!! He and *** work so well together. They respect your home and clean everything leaving it as they found it. I needed a tech to replace a rail spacer which was too short from the factory. Universal Direct made this easy and the tech was great. I was pleasantly surprised by the process of replacing my windows and highly recommend Universal Windows Direct!!
