    I have been a LuckyVitamins customers for many years and never had a problem before. Unfortunately, my previous package was either delivered to the wrong address or stolen. I reported it to LuckyVitamins and never heard back from them, except these emails asking for feedback. With this kind of customer service, I rather give my business somewhere else.

    We have been buying most of our supplements from Lucky Vitamin for over a decade and have never been disappointed. A very wide range of products at prices lower than I can find in any of my local stores. I have worked regularly with one of their very well informed consultants, who has noted our medical conditions and subsequent purchases, and made suggestions for additional supplements that might be helpful. A truly personal touch and very helpful, but not obtrusive. When I have had issues with an order, ie. shipping costs, late arrival of an order, customer service has always resolved any issue courteously.

    I was able to find great deals through their website and they are definitely comparable in price if not better than some of the brands even offer on their sites. The shipping is quick. My only complaint is that they don't offer some of the items I was hoping to purchase.

    I'm based in Canada, I used their online shipping and all my items arrived on time. I didn't have any hassles with customs either. 2 bottles happened to be missing an inner liner under the cap (likely in production) I reached out to Customer Service and they were quick to reply back - I'm in the process of sending them pictures of what I mean by "liner" and hopefully replacement caps can be sent as the bottles are fantastic but I need the liner to ensure they don't leak. The prices are amazing, I'm looking forward to using them more and more. I've just used their services a 2nd time today.
