    Rapid order fulfillment and products are good. And I don't get inundated with email, but do get offers and promos which are useful. I haven't used the liquid silica long enough to make any claims but I've heard good things and hope to have a positive experience.

    I received 1 rancid product, which I understand can happen in a warehouse setting. I contacted the company and the rep apologized and stated I would receive a refund within 24-48 hours for that bottle as well as the other 3 unopened bottles that came from the same batch. If the story had ended there, my review would have been a positive one. Unfortunately, I later got an email requested the 3 unopened bottles. That in itself was not a problem, but the email was worded in such a way that made it sound like they were still deciding whether to refund my money. Indeed, the rep then confirmed in yet another email that I would have to wait for my return to be received and processed in order for the refund process to even begin. At this point, I realized that I was being swindled and I let them know I was unhappy about the situation, especially considering that my dogs had become ill from said product and yet here I was being completely calm and reasonable about everything. All that I wanted was $32 back on a nearly $500 order. This will be the last time I will deal with this company.

    Lucky Vitamin has been our one stop shop for Herbal, Organic, Kosher and Healthy and AWESOME wellness products for everything in our home. Since 2019 they have been our Life Line especially during Covid. Although we live in Canada and sometimes the orders DO get stuck at the USA/ Canada customs on the border, but we have ALWAYS got the orders shipped right to our doorstep. Lucky Vitamin has a Wide Selection of Healthy products that are good quality and very Reasonably priced too. Thank You So Much for being there when we needed you. Highly recommended!!
