If I could give them 0 stars I would. 21 days is what I was told it will take to close on my loan started in June. Its now 8/31/23 and the gal Britney Rollo who was in charge of my file is no longer working on it. Its been transferred to someone more "communitive" Tim or Tom who I have yet to hear from. Paid $600 for an appraisal which now I'm being told I need a new one. I signed and uploaded all required documents and would follow up to see where we were at in the process then 2 weeks later I would get an email asking for stuff I had uploaded a month prior. They are a joke! Got to love the copy and paste response they put on all the negative reviews too; seriously please don't bother responding to this. I don' care if you want to thank me for sharing my experience, YOU ALL SUCK and it should be illegal for you to drag people out the way you do! Also, if you aim to improve and better understand your clients, hire better agents that respond to them!

Horrible customer service. Does not respond to text or email in a timely manner. Too many folks in charge or thinking they're in charge. Basically let me sit for a month being told I was approved only to tell me I need to fix something on my home in order to get a loan to fix problems! Would not recommend!!Spring EQ LLC

Working with Spring EQ has been a joke with little to no communication throughout the process. Multiple documents uploaded then rejected with little to no explanation. left several voicemails with my advisor and multiple emails with ZERO response. Based on this experience I would NOT EVER recommend Spring EQ for mortgage services. I’ve also tried multiple times to reach someone at the main number listed on their website and it always goes unanswered with requesting me to leave my name and number for a follow-up call. Will be moving on to a more reputable, Communitive lender. Thanks for wasting my time and for the overpriced appraisal as I was unable to shop around and was required to use your vendor!Spring EQ LLC

Unprofessional! Won’t return your calls, e-mail, won’t keep you informed with anything! Don’t waste your time! I’m so upset, they had me sign papers work and I submitted my information to NEVER hear from them again! SMH I applied for the loan on 12/22 it’s now 2/8/23 SMHSpring EQ LLC

I reached out to them to use equity in my home. I was very clear I needed a cash out of at least 20,000. The representative called me to “share the good news” that we were clear to close and they had the 20,000 plus to give me at close. Closing day I meet to sign and the total was $14,900 as they take all your closing cost out of your cash total not refine into the loan. I have over a dozen email between myself the rep and her boss where I am crystal clear of my need to make the deal work. To close the deal they lied to me.Spring EQ LLC

As a business owner myself I will tell you there is no process in place, broken and no organization, After false promises and inexperienced under writers I’m forced to go elsewhere 3 weeks into the broken process. Don’t waste your time! I contacted Rocket Mortgage and got 2 points off 1st year and 1 point off the 2nd fell so much better talking to real decision makers not 3rd party application takers.Spring EQ LLC

Worst company I have ever worked with. Nick L****** told my husband and I untruthful lending procedures and then proceeded to run our credit again after they were not able to close in a timely fashion. At this point I can’t get anyone from this company to return a phone call or email. Please don’t waste your time with this company, especially if you want to protect your credit!Spring EQ LLC

Was working with broker who works with them. I said I have a Lady Bird Deed transfer on my death to my kids. Was told they except by broker who I asked before starting process. Received notice clear to close I have over 600k in equity and asking for 50k for home improvements. Ordered windows etc after received clear To close and poof they pulled loan. Not acceptable. My experience with this company ----SPRING EQ---- was HORRENDOUS!!!! They led me through the loan process for MONTHS…always coming back with needing more information. I supplied them everything, every time. I wanted the loan to consolidate debt….which is what they advertise and lend on. I wanted to pay down, or off, some credit cards and other debt. I used the equity in my home…equity of over $285,000, asking for just $50,000 of that equity in a Home Equity Loan. They required a payment upfront for the appraisal very early in the process of $540, which I paid. It was to a company called Valuation Connect. You can see find them on the web….sketchy website. I live in a guarded gated community on an exclusive golf course community. I told all, on phone calls and emails, to let me know when the appraiser was coming through so that I could give the gate guards notice. I never received any notice, so I assume an appraiser never came through. And yet I paid $540 and never received a copy of the appraisal…which I was told was done. I told everyone that time was of the essence in getting this loan done. My wife and I signed all the closing documents, and waited to hear which attorney they were sending the closing package too, to close the loan. Weeks went by as I kept sending them more information, even though previously told that they have everything they needed to make the loan. Then after exceeding my personal deadline to obtain the loan, and rates continuing to rise.. they backed out of the deal without any explanation. I cannot express my frustration and dissatisfaction in dealing this SPRING EQ. My personal advice to anyone dealing with, or thinking about dealing with SPRING EQ is to FIND ANOTHER LENDER THAT HAS HONESTY AND INTEGRITY. DO YOUR HOMEWORK !!!Spring EQ LLC
