    I like that I am able to schedule my annual appointment checks for my air conditioner and furnace so easily. The technician arrived within the expected appointment time frame, and I received an email from Pawlak's confirming the appointment with the technician's name and photo. He was courteous, explained things as he was working, and answered any questions that I had. He was thorough, competent, and was a neat worker. I appreciate the good customer service I receive from the time I schedule the appointments until the work is done!

    Service was great today for both of our locations. Tech was more thorough today than any tech on previous visits. I have been a customer for over ten years. I like the membership program. Have never had an issue getting an appointment set up. I do the summer/winter check ups. Always have a feeling of confidence that the units will work when the weather demands it.
