    ******* was polite. He explained the steps of checking my heating system and air conditioning. He answered the questions I had. He was a neat worker, was thorough, and did a very good job.

    My technician was very thorough with my furnace tune up. He arrived at the agreed upon time and spent approximately two hours on the tune up. When he was finished he reviewed all that he had done. I am very satisfied with the service.
