      I had called and set up 2 seperate inspections on my heat pumps for the coming winter season. A technician nemed Remi, showed up on time and acted very professional about his job. Before he left he reviewed eveything that had been done. We were very satisfied with the work peformed and will be calling them in the future.

      Horrible interactions with both schedulers and dispatchers as our appointments were not honored for 3 day. When it was we were still left without water because of of what seems a rushed job. Customer service then called to notify me that a warranty we were told we had for a water heater bother purchased and installed by them would not be honored due to a negative yet accurate review.

      WE WERE CHARGED $811 TO UNCLOG HAIR FROM OUR BATHTUB, AND WE ASKED THEY REPLACE THE OLD DRAIN PLUG WITH A "TOE TAP" DRAIN PLUG. TOE TAP PLUGS ARE ESTIMATED $35 TO $50 DOLLARS (plus LABOR). UP FRONT THEY CHARGED AN $89 fee PLUS $25 FOR FUEL TO COME HERE. WE SAW OTHER SITES THAT STATE IT SHOULD COST APPROX. $300 TO $400 FOR PARTS AND LABOR! WE HAVE PHOTOS OF THE PART THEY USED WHICH WAS JUST A PORTION OF THE NEW PIECE AS THEIR PART AND OUR TUB WAS THREADED DIFFERENT. OK HE MADE IT WORK. THE TECH LOWERED IT TO $711 VIA "TECH DISCOUNT" BUT WE FEEL WE ARE DUE A MORE ACCURATE REFUND BECAUSE THEY STILL OVER CHARGED US! HAIR CLOG AND PARTIAL NEW PART DOES NOT WARRANT THEIR CHARGES! HE WALKED OUT TO HIS TRUCK BUT I NOTICED HE FORGOT HIS PLUNGER OUTSIDE BY OUR DOOR - SO I RAN OUT TO GIVE IT TO HIM BUT IT APPEARED HE HAD JUST BACKED UP HIS VEHICLE AND WAS SITTING THERE. WE HAVE REQUESTED TO TALK TO MANAGER BUT THEY WILL NOT MAKE VERBAL CONTACT. WE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES WITH THEIR "CUSTOMER SERVICE" AND THEIR PROMISE TO CALL BUT THEY HAVE NOT SPOKEN TO US TO HEAR OUR GRIEVANCE OF THE EXORBITANT CHARGES! WE WANT A REFUND AND WE WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICE AGAIN!
