Had a clog in sink and needed a bidet put in. ****** the plumber was kind, gave us the amount we would need to pay, then eficiencly went to work. Cleaned up after himself. No complaints!!

My furnace isnt new and I was told by several contractors that I needed a new furnace and there was not very much could be done. As we all are aware of how the economy is now I took a chance and called this company. The technician was knowledgeable and professional well and to make a long story short I would say with in 2 hours we were up and running. So I would recommend this company for service for your furnace.Maitz Home Services

We have just had a new Lennox home system installed. The Maitz technicians were on time and began to work immediately. The whole system was installed and operational in a matter of hours and came in under the estimated installation time. My wife and I can't say enough of how professional and personable all the techs were during the installation process. Initially, I gave the company 5 stars. They were quick to answer and service our home. Unfortunately, in the months since installation, we've had two technicians out to service our unit. The first technician informed us, "There's not much we can do" and the second one promised to call with a solution in the next few days and now we can't get anyone to return our phone calls. If you don't want to be to be taken advantage of, I suggest anyone in need of service look elsewhere.Maitz Home Services

Smoke alarms were going off during the night. Actually alarming, not the annoying chirp. Would alarm for 30 seconds then stop. I did an online appointment for the 2-6 slot (only thing available) at 5am. Got a call at 8am. Electrician can be there in 45 minutes. ****** was great. Found the one that went bad setting off the whole system in literally 10 minutes. Replaced it. Out the door in 30 minutes. Great serviceMaitz Home Services

The technician showed up on time was very courteous and polite. The company set the proper expectations and met there requirement's. This is my second year using Maitz Home Services. 8 years ago had maitz put an air conditioner unit with a heat pump in. Had problems with it right away charged 1000 several times to fix problems. Today had a different company fix the unit serial number off unit is for a 17 year old unit. We havent lived at our house that long. Paid 8000 for a used air conditioner. I had them install a new boiler for me back in March, and the crews have done an awesome job. However, I feel their administration is really sucky; they are really bad at communication. I have been requiring a document from them since December 5, 2023. So far, I have called them four times, but no one cares to send a document to my email or at least to get back to me. I paid a lot of money (almost double compared to the market), but in the end, I can't even get a simple document from them. Courtney was great!! He was professional and personable!! He handled the job and even went out for more salt for the water softener!! If that wasn't enough, he also helped me round up my dog when he got loose!! Great guy!!
