      I have had many loans through various credit unions and banks. I have never encountered the type of customer ********************** I have endured with onpoint. They make it almost impossible to make a payment online and impossible to setup auto pay(they require a voided check, it's 2023. Does anyone use checks now). I called in for help, I was transferred 3 times before someone was able to give me any useful advice.

      Praying for all those that have had to deal with this sorry excuse of a financial institution. I can find an average 5th grader to do decent basic math and make it sense. Trusting anybody here to manage your finances is an absolutely terrible decision and does not make any sense for any body. I dont care how much money you make, they can not manage it. You will be sweating all the time with them in your corner. They have no sense of what customer ********************** even means, and if it were up to me they would not be allowed to operate legally. Terrible system. With terrible employees. Terrible apps. Overall terrible credit union. Multiple lawsuits have been filed against this company under the same category of good faith and fair dealings/circumstances that I have experienced in my many years of being a member within. They do not care about their customers and they never will. I have been a member for over 10 years and it has gotten significantly worse with no accountability on their end. In fact you are more likely to do their job correct for them and show them exactly where they went wrong and they will still not take any responsibility but claim they are operating perfectly. Yikes. Absolutely do not recommend. Anything else would be better. Their loan rates are horrible. This is a simply bottom tier organization.

      I was coerced into opening a savings account with my vehicle loan. The only way to earn a realistic interest rate on their savings is to "bundle" it. Coerced into opening a checking account and a separate "bundled savings" account. I was told that the catch was that I had to respond directly to the offer through their app- emailing it to me was not an option. Their app is very unreliable on my devices, so I typically do not use them as a bank. I was reassured that everything would be fine, but I had to respond immediately to the offer when it appeared, as it would expire rather quickly. A few hours later I logged in- no offer. Same next day.Waited several days, and now I am locked out of my online access. There is zero customer ********************** available. I called the number as directed- and it was basic self-help only. No option to speak with anyone. The only positive I have to offer is that they do have a good youth savers program. I have experienced so many other frustrations that I believe they don't even care about the customers who provide their wealth.Time to close my accounts and minimize my headaches with them.I'll be closing my Son's account the day before his 18th birthday. I DO NOT recommend them at this time.

      Just closed my account with them. Customer ********************** is a joke! Steer clear of this bank if you can, there are so many better alternatives. I had money stolen due to fraud and in a nutshell I was told You have a duty to make sure you know the merchants your dealing with is safe. Never again!

      over the last 40 years i have been will all of the big banks. US Bank, *****, BofA. they all have issues. Went to OnPoint 6 years ago, it has been a pleasure.

      I been sitting here for about 30 minutes waiting to be assisted by a banker, instead I see between two or tree employees goung to one of the front office to chat and about something that probably happens with a customer, definitely I will not came to this mall 205 location again

      I drove in 30 mi to the bank to use their coin machine to deposit about $30 worth of change. Their coin machine was broken and the tellers refused to take my money and put it in my account. What kind of bank doesn't take your money? Absolutely poor customer **********************. If it wasn't for having a loan there I would have taken all my money out and gone to another bank. It's coming.

      This is the worst bank I have ever worked with in my entire life. We just had to close a savings account that had less than $300 in it. The account was only open because they forced ** to open it when we got our car loan through them. With the amount of ridiculousness that they put ** through, you would have thought that the account had over $300,000 in it, not a measly $300. All we were asking was to have a cashiers check mailed to our home. It took over an hour on hold. When I finally got through to a human the first time, they immediately put me back on hold, saying that they had to transfer me to a different department. Then they insisted on talking to my husband, and put him on hold for an additional 10 minutes. By the time the phone call was done, they still had not resolved our issue (closed the account), and they wasted over an hour of our day. This is ineffective, pathetic, and unacceptable Customer **********************, and they need to do MUCH MUCH better. If you can use any other bank, besides them, DO!!! Do not recommend!!!!!!

      Been a customer for over a decade and recently customer *********************** has really gotten bad. They recently took online banking offline for 3-4 days (announced, that's fine, I dealt with it) but as a web developer myself, I don't allow any downtime if I can help it. Whoever made this decision should not be with OnPoint anymore. It really hurt a lot of people and businesses. A month later I still cannot access my business **** information online. They just figured it out today after numerous messages over the last 19 days. But they can't tell me when I'll have access again. Took 2 hours of phone calls where the last person was really passive aggressive and that basically was the last straw.Again there should be consequences for poor business decisions and that consequence is me taking my business elsewhere. Looks like I'm not the only one.

      I've used this bank for years and it has gone so far downhill! ATMs often don't work, and they keep your cash or checks.. then it takes two weeks to finally post to your account. Now, when you do make a deposit it takes days! until you can actually use your money. I'm old, my income has dropped and I need my money. And if you have to go in? Customer ********************** is so phony friendly, Id rather you didn't talk to me at all! I'm leaving!!
