    The service was prompt and the driver **** (I hope Im remembering his name correctly. If not I apologize) was friendly and helpful. I ended up having to be towed twice since the first place I was towed to as directed by the Progessive app, ********** could not service my car. Thank you **** and EVT

    Two very nice guys polite helpful. I had some questions about the car they were more than happy to answer. My questions really good guys. Good business too I use them once before when I lock the keys in my car they came right away and unlock the door is the second time I use Im very very happy And you will be too!!!

    Emerald Valley towing provided an exceptional experience I have not had with other towing services. The service was dispatched quickly and driver **** was attentive to my detailed instructions and saved me time by not requiring me to repeat information I provided on first contact with dispatch. **** was very polite, professional and deferential and took care with his work. When the tow to ************** was completed I was texted a photo showing my car at the repair shop.While **** did not need to provide these extra details, the experience reminded me that even when being towed I am a customer receiving a service. This was completely different from what I have experienced from other services and drivers.Emerald Valley has won my future business!Thank you!
