    Could not ask for a better experience. Between on the phone communication with dispatch and the driver, they were professional, fast, friendly and very fair in price since I had to pay out of pocket.

    A resounding 10! Wow! Service could not have been better. From the woman who contacted me, to the *** that was cut in half,to the gentleman who came and winched my vehicle out of ditch with a problem solving attitude and most importantly the heart that all of this was given.     I'm well pleased with tge service I rec'd frpm Emerald Towing. Prompt when they said they'd be here at my residence. VERY FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL.I had called a couple other companies. I think these companies must have thought the task would be tough. It wasn't.Emerald gave me the best rate.
