    This review is from a property owner. I am compelled to write this review due to the flagrant unprofessional conduct by this business. For the 2 years of COVID, Legacy communicated well and I believed provided professional service for our one property. When I contacted my agent to add a second property to manage he was receptive and was to make arrangement to move out the existing tenant. He indicted would get back to me. He never has. This was in May 2022. After numerous calls, emails and communications to him, his receptionist and even the owner of Legacy there has been no response, zero, zilch, no communication. To this date I have not heard from them. Legacy eventually transferred all funds, working with my new property management company. During the transition process, we discovered the annual inspection of the interior of the property was not done, nor was a lease renewal when the active one expired. Repairs requested by the tenant were not addressed by Legacy. We are responsible property owners. Legacy did not continue to deliver the service they provided initially. In our experience, the professional integrity of this business is sorely lacking.

    09/22/22 at 9:57am I have lived at the ****** 111 Apartments for over 12 years now and this morning I was so upset my husbands car was towed, he drives a *** so to me I feel the car was targeted because it was the only car that was towed. When we called the towing company *******************, they said that they have a contract with Legacy Property Management that says no parking on the grass or gravel but heres the problem there are no signs saying there is no parking were my husband was parked he wasnt blocking any exit, unlike the ************ that has been parked in front of an exit (the very exit that tenets use every day). When we called the person on the other end was very rude and told me she didnt want to hear what I had to say. If there is no parking on the gravel or grass (which we dont have) why was my husband car the only car towed and not any of the other cars. When I called Legacy Property Management (as usual no answer) to Inquire into this matter no one was available to help me (as usual).This is just one of the many issues that I have with LPM since they were put in charge of management. Our laundry rooms are never cleaned, the grass hasnt been watered, the pool hasnt worked since before COVID, the pet waste bins, (that new owners put end and in front of my patio) the smell is so bad that in the summer I can enjoy sitting on my patio or even open my windows on that side of my apartment because the bins are never emptied in a timely manner, and maintenance request are not done in a timely manner, I went without hot water for a month because of the hot water heater, and almost 2 months dealing with ants.?????????????????????Easter ***************************** 111
