  Are they closed? As of Sept 25, their phone message is "out of service". I have a lifetime warranty on their Cedar Ridge Composite siding and they need to fix the rotted out wood for the 3rd time on my house.

  These people are thieves and crooks. Theyve robbed my 81 year old grandparents of almost $600 and refuse to return phone calls or rectify the situation.

  We had Community Builders put new siding and new guttering with a leaf shield on our house. This was in March of 2023. We have noticed that the guttering is coming off of the house. We have called many times. They never answer, we have left a message on the answering machine several times. They have not returned our calls or messages. My husband went to their facility, and they weren't open. We need someone to respond as soon as possible.

  Did not put my siding up properly. It is falling off in multiple places. I have called over and over for over a year now no one will return my calls. We paid a lot of money for this work and they did NOT do what we agreed upon with the sales rep. ** windows were not what I had ordered either, but rather than let them come remove the factory seal to put the bars in them I settled for them without.

  On 6-12-23 I paid Community Builders Inc. $2500. deposit in good faith, for a shower to be installed by the end of August 2023. By September 2023 we had never heard from the company and started calling. We were told that Jacuzzi was behind and that Community Builders Inc. was just waiting for our order. By October we were being told it would be installed in 2 weeks. We continued to here that story and they didn't know where are order was but with in 2 weeks it would be installed. The last time I demanded to talk to the owner, Wolters and was told he would call me within a day. Of course he never called. The Attorney Generals office got the same run around. Community Builders said we only had 3 days to get our deposit back well they had 2 months to install our shower. I spoke to a company in Oklahoma that deals with Jacuzzi and they had no problem getting the product. I want my $2500. back or I want the materials. I don't trust this company and I will not let them install a shower for me. It is now the middle of January 2024 how long am I supposed to wait?

  I thought they had a good metal roof, and I wanted them to put up a new roof from the storm in June. I am still waiting. Part of the waiting is my getting approved for a loan, but that should have been handled in August, but the finance company wanted a copy of my check stub because I had a new job. I was first told it would be October 31st and I had to get the solar panels down before they could put up the new roof. Then a week later, I was told the financing company wouldn't approve my loan after I was told that I had been approved. They forgot to add everything together. Then it took two more weeks to get that settled. I received a phone call on December 1st informing me that they would be at my house to install my new roof on December 4th. I was excited. It is now December 11th, and I have called and left messages for Karen and to Nathan, and I have not received a phone call telling me when they will be here. I have seen nothing of them, and I have not heard from them. Luckily we have not seen much rain. When I took the solar panels down expecting the new roof to be installed immediately, the company only plugged the holes where the solar cells were in place. They told me it would only last a couple of weeks, and that it could leak. That was October 31st, only a few weeks ago ( A whole Month.) Just call me, and tell me what's going on, and give me a clue as to when you are coming. Right now, I'm thinking of tearing up the contract and doing something else. I need a roof. I thought this would be the best type of roof for this house.

  I have been waiting for 3 years for these people to replace siding that has blown off my house, fix the leaks they caused when they installed the siding and windows and repair the damage the leaks caused to my home. The last time I had anyone from the company come out to my house was March of 2020 at which time I was told that their shoddy work was my responsibility to fix and I should call my roofer. My roof is not leaking and I had no leaks until they came out and did their work. They have not honored their warranty or their work. I have damaged floors, walls and there is siding and flashing laying in my yard. I paid for properly installed windows and siding but got a lousy job done and no response about repairs since 2020.

  I'm doing a home makeover and really wanted to update the master bathroom shower. So thankful now that I saw the TV commercial for Jacuzzi and was introduced to Community Builders. Their team designed a completely new plan with a much bigger footprint than what the home builder had originally installed. To be honest, I signed up not really expecting much to be done. But on one of the coldest, iciest days in February, Charles ******* shows up and brings the magic. Very clean, organized, polite and an exceptional craftsman. Huge job! He cleaned out the whole thing. Very professional! My new shower looks better than the ones on TV. Double doors. More space :) Gorgeous! It's a million times better now with top quality fixtures and safety. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Community Builders! And if I need a new shower on a different house, I would study photos of the many shower "looks" each day for a month in order to decide on the one that grows on you! Then I'd call Community Builders and show them a photo of the look that I want. God Bless!
