    I was very pleased with the way this company does business not to mention the professional workmanship done when installing my windows. They were perfectly installed and all the features on the windows for the money is not heard of these days. Guess there still are good businesses producing quality work for a reasonable price. They provide financing too at a 0% interest for 18 months and they do offer other financing options. I love my new windows!! Thank you ******* and ****** and installation team at Window World.

    Window World did a great job with our new windows. Communication was easy with the sales consultant to ***** the instalation specialist. ***** did a great job with the window instalation and gave us some advice on keeping the windows in tiptop condition. We highly recommend Window World.

    **** ****** was a great service technician. He took his time to make sure my active panel on my patio door was installed perfectly. When he was finishing up, he asked if we had windows through **. We do and have been very pleased with them. I did mention that we had some safety latches that were broken and he took a look at it and told me he would mail them to me and showed me how to install them. Window World is lucky to have ****!

    Our new windows are beautiful! We had a wonderful experience with the purchase and installation of our new windows. Window World employees were very professional from our first encounter with *******, our design consultant, to ****, who completed our final measurement, to installation with ***, ******, and *****. Everyone was polite and timely and did everything that they said they would do. We appreciated the fact that before someone came to our home, we were told the name of who was coming and that upon arriving they introduced themselves and wore clothing that identified them as a Window World employee. We would definitely recommend Window World to anyone looking to replace their windows!

    Wonderful experience. They completed the whole job in one day and the area was cleaned up and no debris was left around the house. We live in SE Oklahoma and the prices were better than any in the ****** area. They were very thorough in their directions on how to clean and operate the windows and screens. I would highly recommend them and will use them when we decide to replace our back door.

    Great company, really stands behind their products. Our original installation had two windows not properly installed. They came out,accessed the situation then completely reinstalled the windows, they did it the right way. We have since had them install more windows in our house, and we plan to have them install more in the future.

All of our installers are trained on how we expect the windows to be installed and we have a install manager come by the job to inspect the work as it is being done. I am sorry that you had the original experience where the windows were not insulated properly. I also want to thank yo for giving us the opportunity to make it right and for being so nice about the original improper installation.
