Wow! Just wow! **** and ***** are top tier! Purchasing windows from Window World was a very easy process. From the initial information with *****, to measurements, and installation, the service and communication was fantastic. **** and ***** far exceeded my expectations when it came to installation. They were patient and kind with my toddler destroyed home. I purchased 11 windows and a new back door and they installed everything in 7ish hours. I expected it to take much longer. Window World was amazing! ***** installed our new door and it is incredible. He paid extra attention to the details and it is a beautiful new sliding door. ***** and ***** installed our windows and I cannot say enough about how wonderful they look and the extra work they put in to make sure they were perfect. ******* was our sales person and kept us updated on our project. He treated us respectfully and kind and I appreciate that after the not so great experience we had with another company. I highly recommend their company. Window World from start to finish was great. The presentation, final measure, ordering, and installation went as it was explained to us. The arrival of the order took less time than expected. The installation was precise and clean. We had half of our windows done in October 24. Plan to do other half next year.Window World of Oklahoma City

18 years ago we purchased windows from Window World because of their design and quality and life-time warranty. Eighteen years later we had some issues with some windows and called W/W for replacements. They took the order, turned in the work order and in as short time set up a time to make the repairs. **** showed up at the time designated with all the necessary parts and had the work done in no time. He was very friendly, prepared and professional. It was a pleasure having him in the home. After 18 years, Window World honored their commitment to the life-time warranty and I am very happy and pleased with them. I highly recommend Window World!Review fromSandy W

Window World was exceptional to work with in purchasing 12 windows for my home. The whole process was extremely easy. For each step, they had professionals understand each step.
