      I am very happy with my experience with Rite Rug. We had luxury vinyl flooring installed throughout the first floor as well as a hallway and bathroom on the second floor. Being a recent retiree as a corporate Director of Purchasing after a 40 year career in purchasing, I followed the same protocol in selecting a vendor as I did in my professional life. This meant researching reviews. Getting price quotations from various potential vendors and reviewing their customer satisfaction reviews as well as their policies regarding customer complaints.Through this process, I decided Rite Rug was my choice for this project. The job went.well, the installation was.done.on time. There was one problem in that the bathtub was nicked with a radial grinder which removed a 1 inch long strip of porcelain from the tub I filed a complaint with Rite Rug and was assigned a.contact for this claim. Her name is ***********************. ****** did an excellent job in following my claim and making.sure the repair was done to my satisfaction. I am very happy with the finished results.

      We had recently carpeted our stairs. A new pup chewed up the carpeting on one step. *************************** was able to help me out with a repair. She answered me immediately and was very helpful.

      Floor replacement under warranty - Requested supervised install, *********************** was a no show. Installers had wrong flooring. I called ***************************** about it. I didnt hear anything from Rite Rug so about a week later I followed up with ****. Who accused me of refusing an install and pointing fingers about the flooring being wrong. Said she ordered the correct floor and I must have faded floors with whatever cleaning products I used. Now they wont return my calls to replace my floor thats coming up.

      Worked with ************************* who ensured that all of my concerns with flooring repair were met. ******* was consistent and followed up with me until all repairs were completed. She was professional and adamant that my needs would be met. Good job and will continue to work with ******** in the future ******

      The tech *** was wonderful and very personable, made quick work of the issue and assured me that if I had any further problems that I could call back and request him. He was very apologetic when I conveyed the rudeness I encountered when I placed the service order. The so-called **************** rep, however, was another story. I don't know if ******** was having a bad day or what, but when I called to report the problem she was incredibly short with me to the point of being rude! She made a very snotty point to stress to me that while I needed to be available for the entire day, from 8AM-5PM, that NO repairs would be made the day the technician came out to assess the problem, HE WAS ONLY COMING OUT TO DIAGNOS AND ASSESS IF THERE ACTUALLY WAS AN ISSUE. I had to laugh when *** came out and DID actually make the necessary repairs THAT DAY! I highly recommend ***, ******** not so much.

      We have used Rite Rug for many years in 2 houses for both carpet and hardwoods. Recently had a brick ceramic tile floor installed, but unfortunately the installer did a horrible job. When I called the customer care team at ********************** they had someone out the next week who agreed it neede to be replaced. They asked me what I wanted done, I told them our choice, and it was done with no complaints within about 3 weeks. *********************** in customer care made it all happen quickly, and the 3 installers from **** literally tore up about 75 sq ft of tile and laid a synthetic hardwood we chose within 4.5 hrs. While initially we were disappointed, it was not with Rite Rug, it was the contract installer who didnt know what he was doing. Rite Rug made it all good .

      DO NOT USE RITE RUG FOR HARDWOOD. We have been dealing with RiteRug for a hardwood floor installation since November and the floor still isn't right. There were so many gaps between the boards (an installation and wood manufacturer issue) that they agreed to redo it. It took 7.5 months and multiple reorders of wood for the redo installation to occur. We have spent hours on the phone with them trying to understand what our options are and to get this resolved. It feels like a constant game of hot potato. Rather than getting results - a scheduled and completed installation - it has felt like the goal is to slowly show some response (an email with the answer to a question here and there with time continuing to pass). Now, after the second installation, there are still some issues. The installers did a much better job than the first round, but did have a significant issue that they tried to cover up (a big gap between boards). My husband has had to play project manager/******* when he should just be playing the role of happy customer. The sales and customer service teams have two different sets of expectations regarding the end product and need to get on the same page.

      **************** at ********************** was top notch thanks to our customer service **** *************************** and our Sales **** **************************** Both were responsive, patient and helpful throughout the entire process of installing almost ***** sq. ft. of hardwood floors. There was a minor issue with a couple areas and they came out right away to fix them. ******** is the best customer rep person we ever worked with on a job this big. She never once made me feel as though I was being a pain in the **** even though I was. I was very impressed by Rite Rug as a whole, and would recommend them 100 percent!Thank you, Rite Rug, ***** and ********!

      The first time they came out to our home there was no appointment scheduled, we had no idea they were coming but we already realized there was a language barrier when discussing it. Today was our scheduled installation they get here walk through and measure areas. The lady that was assisting them walks up to us and shows us a text basically the text was telling them to leave and not do the work I asked what is this about and she shrugs her shoulders as if she did not know. We contact Rite Rug and of course were upset this is the second time theyve came out and not done anything! But instead of trying to figure out why we were so angry the lady who answered the phone took our conversation personal - she was very unprofessional And if she cannot deal with upset customers then shes not in the right job. Come to find out they laugh because our pool table had not been moved BUT NOBODY TOLD **! We had three people here waiting to move whatever they required but instead of saying they were ready for us to move the pool table they just left with no answers. We knew we had to move our furniture (and pickup clothes) we were just waiting to see which room they wanted to start in. Why did they not say anything to us about moving our pool table? Why did they just leave? Another issue is none of the installers spoke English, very little they would just point and only speak to each other in their language. All they had to say was were ready to carpet your family room can you move your pool table? Thats it! These people have no form of customer service skills and they dont speak English. Our is day is ruined my husband takes off from work just to do this and it didnt get done and all they had to say was please move your pool table or we cant install the carpet THATS IT!!! The Salesman, ****, calls my husband trying to go off on us because WE WERE ANGRY ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Im sorry but the installers should AT LEAST speak English this could have been resolved!
