      I just had all of the carpet in my home replaced and Rite Rug was so great to work with. The entire process from selection to installation was so easy and seamless. Rachel C******* was amazing to work with and can't wait to work with her again on future flooring projects! Her attention to customer care is top notch!

      I want to thank Lakisa W******* and her people at Rite Rug Corporate Customer Care. They did a wonderful job helping me when a laminate floor failed on me after two years. The inspector said that it could have been install or manufacture defect but they would redo the whole job free of charge. The crew sent to do the actual install did what I think was very good job and showed a lot of pride in their work. This job included my kitchen, entryway, hall, laundry room and to closets.

      We purchased vinyl plank flooring form Rite Rug, Dublin Ohio Store. Rick at Rite Rug was very helpful in helping us choose the flooring and arranging installation. After the install, Kathryn at customer service followed up and helped us resolve one minor issue.

      Rachel, Lauren, and the install team are AMAZING! I was on a tight time frame (3 days) and they made it happen! Met up with Rachel and Lauren to view samples and for them to get measurements, had the quote and all the info I needed the next day! I absolutely love my new LVP floors and their prices are incredible!

      Rite Rug had installed a vinyl floor in my home in 2019. Through no fault of theirs, this floor developed problems. Rite Rug sent out an investigator and within days, I had talked to their home office about this problem. Within weeks, I had a new floor picked out and scheduled for installation. The installers they sent were great guys who knew what they were doing. In no time my new floor was installed and it looks great. The best thing of all, it didn't cost me a penny.

      We had Rite Rug, Lancaster, install our vinyl plank kitchen floor. The sales people were helpful, understood their products and let us take multiple samples for in-home viewing. The installer was super. The floor had to meet three custom transitions to adjacent wood floors, and he did an impeccable job (no metal or plastic transition caps for us). After a month we had one plank lift along the baseboard, and Rite Rug repaired it promptly. We have nothing but good things to say about Rite Rug and their service.

      Unfortunately, over the past few years, customer service as we know it has been virtually non-existent. But then there's Rite Rug Flooring. Rite Rug Flooring's customer service is second to none. Our sales rep Kevin W***** is amazing! He is personable, polite, professional, and extremely responsive. He even answered our questions while he was on vacation with his family! He has remained committed to us through the entire process of carpeting our home, from the selection of the product to the installation, and after! He is so wonderful to deal with and wouldn't rest until all the work completed was to our utmost satisfaction. I also can't say enough about Elizabeth Burroughs. She resolved a few minor issues immediately, without questions or hesitation! She was pleasant, friendly, informative, and dedicated herself to making sure our issues were resolved expediently. She and Kevin embody the true definition of customer service. I wish I could clone them! They are beyond amazing!

      Very pleased with the sales process and installation 9 months ago. More importantly, the customer service recently received was outstanding. I knew regular cleaning was necessary for maintaining warranty coverage, however I couldn't find my receipt or info packet from the time of purchase. After calling customer service and chatting with Beth B., I was assured to have an email with all the pertinent information. Within 1 business day I received an email with my transaction number and a promise the manufacturer's literature would follow. The following morning another email arrived with everything I need. Beth doesn't just work in the Customer Service department, customer service is her attitude. Well done!

      We recently re-carpeted our entire upper level with Rite Rug in ***** Center, OH. From start to finish, it was a good experience and the process moved quickly to meet our ambitious timeline -- as we were hosting a big birthday bash at our home. The installers were great, however, they disassembled our Sleep Number bed (to move it) and unfortunately, threw if offline due to their attempt to put it back together. We ended up incurring a small charge to have the Sleep Number technicians come to our home to fix the issue. We then contacted the corporate office to notify them of the issue and resulting fees. *************************** quickly sprang into action to understand the situation and find a resolve. Thankfully, we were reimbursed and we're so appreciative of Rite Rug's guarantee and ensuring our satisfaction.****************
