Very happy with the windows installed by Universal Windows Direct. They look Fantastic! John & Brad, the installers, did a Great Job & left my home & yard spotless. Jeff came the next day & reinstalled all my blinds. Very glad I chose Universal Windows & highly recommend them for windows. I already gave referrals to 2 neighbors.

My windows are beautiful. Very pleased with the entire process from salesman through installer. We were extremely impressed with the insulation of the glass and the frames . Kind, professional and thorough. We are so grateful for our new windows and the installation technicians were fantastic. They explained so much to us They were on time and tidy. Our new windows are great and we're very pleased with them. One of the screens arrived from the production plant with a tear, but Universal Windows immediately placed and order for a replacement. Carla with Customer Service was so nice when checking on the status of the replacement and promised to call us when it came in.
