We had been saving for new windows in our front room and of course I wanted the best of the best but my husband was fine with going to ****** or some other home improvement store. He was skeptical to say the least. Thank you Daniel for changing his mind. That young man was very knowledgeable answered all of our questions & made buying windows feel personable, like he was an old pal . He also laughed at all my husbands bad jokes MAJOR bonus. I called Universal Windows Direct regarding a window that would not raise. Their repair guy was here promptly the next morning. He fixed the issue quickly, and even rescreened the window, since it was torn in one small place. This company delivers excellent customer service.
