"I went into conract with this company to pour a concrete patio ,construct a four season sun room, extend my drive way to rear of house in front of garage, pour a concrete sidewalk from patio to man door of garage and exted drive in front of house. I paid him in full to order the sun room and 50% owed on to start my project and then paid him remaining balance after concrete was poured because he complained my project put him in red due to whether and equipment rental." ...
