I found this business seeking help for being blackmailed. They took advantage of my fear when I was panicking and rushed me through signing a contract for their service. This was $7000 with interest. They escalated the situation with the blackmailer and he knew who they were, Digital Forensics. So they did not get anywhere. After my phase 1 report, they talked me into spending more money to have the extended service. I gave $150 deposit for Phase 2. The next day I emailed them I wasn’t going to Phase 2. I haven’t got the deposit back. Since I canceled phase 2 they have ghosted me. I have sent many emails with no response back from them. They may be worse than the actual criminals. I purchased these services on 04/22/2023. Digital Forensics will take advantage of you in your worst possible state of mind. I feel taken advantage of by these people. Please reconsider before using them. They are definitely more concerned about the money, same as the crooks. I have asked several times to call me and have asked for an invoice. No one has returned my calls.Digital Forensics Corp.

******** ******* **** ** *** *** absolutely can say without a doubt this company is AMAZING! I was scammed by a ******* **** Scammer whose location was in Nigeria who attempted to blackmail me. I did some research and found Digital Forensics Corp which is NOW called Cyber Investigations." Cyber investigations caught my scammer in 7 days! It is my calling now to help other "Tristan ***** scam victims catch their scammers as well by offering the money I receive from my subscriptions on *** *** *n supporting the fees that Digital Forensics charges as many cannot afford to fight back. I want to make a difference and want to fight back. Somebody has to stand up and fight them. Please visit my *** *** and support my efforts to help others get their scammers as well. I made the mistake of going with DFC's 30 day tier to combat some online extortionists. After doing more research and reading some BBB reviews, I decided to cancel my plan, even though I has sent in my paperwork just a few hours before. I contacted my case rep and he made quick contact with me, but I have been unable to get in touch with the rep assigned to cancel my account after repeated emails and phone messages. I have heard this is a tactic they use to prolong the time so you don't get a full refund. For whatever reason, they require you to cancel on the phone. This is frustrating and I no longer want their services. Their sales reps pressure you to signing up when you're already in a vulnerable state.Digital Forensics Corp.

As mentioned, Um early in the Digital Forensics process mainly because of a hold up in my end. So far, I’ve been very impressed with the timeliness and professionalism of my Account Manager, Justin. He answered my call in under 10-minutes upon inquiry and was very thorough and upfront regarding the process and costs. I made a mistake and was being blackmailed into sending money to group in Nigeria. I was scared and looked up Digital Forensics Corp for help. After talking to the sale rep, I was led to believe that they would take care of the investigation and stop all attempts to blackmail, what they call phase 1. They even took over my ******** ********* account with the promise to have the scammers delete all my posts and pictures. They did indicate that they had a high success rate and most scammers stop after being confronted with their warnings. I was convinced to send lots of money on a three day service (phase 1). When Digital Forensics took over, the scammer attack increased and became vicious. The scammers even contacted my wife and daughter, send my posts and pictures (that was supposed to be deleted per the report) to my wife. My case handler, Christian, was unavailable during this time. After a week, I finally was able to talk to Christian. He sent the report, which he read to me verbatim. Not only did they not stop the threats, they could not even determine the identity of the scammer. Then he tried to sell me phase 2 of the program. Which was supposed to do the same thing as phase 1 (which failed). I asked for a manager and was put in touch with a Christopher ******* Who tried to convince me to go with phase 2. After I hung up on Chris ******* I was texted with another person who claimed to be the real Chris ******* Do not go with this company, because there are two Chris ******* working there. Either that, or they were trying to scam me out of more money. This business is a scam just as bad as the scammers in Nigeria.Review fromDalton A

They leave notes on a file regarding a payment plan and then refuse to read them. Repeatedly charging your account until you are -$800 in overdraft. They don't honestly provide a service. Collections also made an agreement with me and didn't abide by it. Whatever situation you are in, do yourself a favor and let it pass by on its own. This company will extort and drain you for all your worth. They aren't any better than the people they claim to help you against.Review fromJohn L
