They were not helpful I still had to deal with my scammers. They won’t get back to me about a full refund because yet again they didn’t help at all if anything I was more stressed out because I had to deal with them and my scammer so now I’m afraid I got robbed by someone that said they would help I’m very upset if I get stuck with a 1,500 bill if they didn’t do anything to help they put me in a bad positionDigital Forensics Corp.

My case number is ******, the agent assigned to my case was Paul *****. After talking to Paul for 20 minutes while I was having a borderline panic attack because I was the victim of extortion, he seemed agitated when I said I wanted to to call him back after I calmed down and regained my composure. After calling back I signed up for their phase 1 service,put a down payment of $250 and received a message from an adjuster, Leonardo C, the following day. After going to my local authorities and speaking to a detective I decided I wanted to terminate the services I requested. I have tried to contact both Paul, Leonardo through phone calls, text messages as well as email, to terminate the services I requested. I have not received any sort of response and when I do call it goes straight to voicemail now. I would like to have this resolved before the process starts so I do not get charged anymore than the initial deposit I made. I want to have it canceled today, 11-10-23, because they have a 24 hour 75% refund policy and I requested and submitted the Phase 1 on 11-9-23. The lack of communication after I stated I wanted to cancel their services is very unprofessional and I feel taken advantage of in my anxiety ridden state as no attempt was made to calm me down either.Digital Forensics Corp.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible service. These guys told me they found spyware on my phone/phones. They have been withholding information in regards to the perpetrators. They lied to me in one of the reports telling me that they didn’t find anything after already telling me they found said spyware and malware on my phone/phones. I finally got them to tell me about an address that has ties to the spyware or malware found on my phone but refuse to give me any information they have right now telling me I had to wait until they are done. They just left a message today saying that there is nothing left to be found. I will be filing some sort of legal action against. Would NOT recommend seeking services from this company.Digital Forensics Corp.

Do not trust these people. These people will take your money out of fear, and will give you the impression that you have nowhere else to go, and that you don’t act quick enough, the perpetrator will carry out his threats. These people are just as bad, if not worse than the perpetrator themselves, remember there are better things to do than waste your money best case scenario just block the guy that’s threatening you. He can’t get any money out of you if he carries out is threats.Digital Forensics Corp.

I should of just let myself be extorted. My story is same as most of the 1 star reviews here. I was pressured to pay over 7000 for a faster service through the account manager. They used fear mongering while I was under duress stating that the scammer would photo shop me into child porn. Not only were they late on their service they were not able to catch the scammer. Their tactics are clearly known and I cannot help but feel emotionally abused, having a bill for the next 4 years, and no results to show for it. You have to state that you were of sound mind when signing the contract to get your investigation results too. These people are just legal scammers in a monopoly. If you ever get extorted, just block their number and hope for the best.Digital Forensics Corp.

They took over the conversation and interaction with the criminals making sure that I would not have to hear from them again as they made sure none of my information or data was leaked online. They went under a different business name "Forensic Accountants Jacksonville, FL" Bryan P***** told me his name over the phone "spelt with an i" but he shows up with a "y" everywhere else. So that was the first lie. He told me they can help audit my company's finances. He said all the right things to me about getting my financial information set straight. Then he took my card information for what he called "Phase 1" priced at $1,000 but he immediately charged my bank 3 times totaling $3,000. I had to contact my bank to prevent any more funds from being stolen. SCAM. DO NOT USE. They should be shut down.Digital Forensics Corp.
