      There are a multitude of concerns regarding Servpros lack of communication, charging for work not approved or completed, holding furniture items hostage that they were paid for and not returned, then sending multitude of invoices with attempts at overcharging, using erroneous finance, storage, and late fees, declined to pay for several damages made by their workers after they agreed to do so in writing. Several invoices issued by Servpro had various amounts and backdates giving the impression of previous billing dates. This company appeared to be intentionally misleading, as they attempted to communicate our furniture was cleaned properly and ready for return. We were smart enough to inspect our furniture and found that several expensive items of furniture were completely ruined after their cleaning. Servpro never informed us or our insurance company that the furniture was ruined, albeit keeping the cleaning payment made by insurance. It has been over 2 years that they picked up our furniture for cleaning, which was paid for right away and we haven't received back the items that were in good condition yet! We were not provided an estimate prior to starting work or written information of what was to be done. We had many concerns regarding the work that was being done and work to be done. We made several requests, phone calls and text messages to the project manager. Each time we were told he was not available nor received any return calls. When we finally received a complete itemized bill after multiple request, the bill was extremely expensive and surprising! We ended having to pay additional small companies and independent skilled labors to complete work we were initially told that was going to be completed and redo work that was not done well. We have tried to resolve this matter with Servpro but have only received lies and additional inappropriate bills. We want our community and good citizens to be aware of this company's harmful practices.

      This is the WORST company out there! They tell continuous lies and management and owners are aware of all lies and condone this behavior and this is how they run a business. I would stay way clear of this completely they took 8 months to do a job that should have taken a month to do. The owner Katie Dobson is a joke and tell lies and lets the employees lie and does noting about it. The quality of work is that of a high school kid. The should not even be in business. The whole operation is disgusting and not trustworthy AT ALL! STAY CLEAR of them and they had to bring in new management because they are so bad and the new management is just as bad his name is Corey and lies just like the rest of them. Sad they take advantage of customers they have had unfortunate circumstances happen in their life and Servpro should be ashamed of themselves and the owner should have this business closed under her awful name! Unfortunately, this window isnt infinite and there was a deadline to settle your open invoice.
