"There are a multitude of concerns regarding Servpros lack of communication, charging for work not approved or completed, holding furniture items hostage that they were paid for and not returned, then sending multitude of invoices with attempts at overcharging, using erroneous finance, storage, and late fees, declined to pay for several damages made by their workers after they agreed to do so in writing. Several invoices issued by Servpro had various amounts and backdates giving the impression of previous billing dates." ... Read full review
