    Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. Poor customer service, they need to understand when providing a product and service that the way you treat your customers goes a long way. It’s a shame that some businesses don’t understand this. I try to support local US based companies but it’s hard to when you run into businesses like this. They just don’t get it.

    Hi Nick, we are sorry that you feel this way. We have tens of thousands of satisfied customers that have been very happy with our outstanding customer service, and the world-renowned, high-quality products that we produce.

    Your orders were on time and yet, you wanted to cancel your orders and we quickly cancelled them, and issued you a refund the same day, less the 10% cancelation fee that you agreed to. We feel that our cancellation policy is very fair and that you will likely find the words ALL SALES ARE FINAL on most of our competitors' sites. Because we have a refund policy, our customers can cancel if they want or need to, and we stand by this policy.  

    We are sorry that you feel this is unfair, we refunded you for your cancelled orders, less the agreed-upon 10% cancellation fee. We stand by this policy and we strongly disagree with your claims.

    I really love my new leopard gecko tank, I think my gecko loves his new habitat. he seems more active than he was in his 40 gallon, he is in a 4 by 2 by 2 habitat
