      The whole process was much easier and faster than I had expected - we closed in 20 days! They assigned a Loan Advisor, *******************, that was available every step of the way and answered every question I had. I really liked the personal attention that *** gave to me and how I could reach out to him at any time. He always kept me informed of where we were in the process and kept in contact with me the whole time. Lower.com and *** seem to genuinely care about providing exceptional service.

      Going into this process, as I have done several times before, I had relatively low expectations. VA loans are arduous to begin with and the last minute funding issues that come up can blow everything up at the last minute. ******** was exceptional in her product knowledge, had eager responses to all my questions, actually picked up the phone when I called and called back when I left messages. She and the whole team not only exceeded all of my expectations, they pole vaulted over them. I would unequivocally recommend her to anyone that has to go through VA refinancing. Almost makes me want to buy another house.

      ***** was extremely knowledgeable about the process, great to talk to and work with. While we ultimately went a different direction for reasons completely out of his hands? The experience with him was great. I'd 100% use Lower again just based on our interactions.

      ********* is nothing short of AMAZING. He genuinely made us feel like the only client he had, answering our questions any time we had them. What sets him apart is his knowledge, upbeat & friendly attitude, and genuine commitment to do everything in his power to help you. We had already started the lending process with someone else; once we came to him, we learned SO much more!! He has a way of explaining things that makes sense without the industry jargon. Not to mention, he's a great guy! We didn't feel like he was a sleazy loan officer just put to make the sale - we legitimately mattered to him. We close on our house TODAY and ********* has been there every step of the way, supporting us any way we needed. Do yourself a favor and call him. You don't need to believe me - he'll prove it himself within the first call. Excellent service, phenomenal guy!!!

      ***** made this process unbelieveably simple and smooth for us. We were anxious and worried due to our financial situation but he kept us at ease and walked us through everything.
