      I had a ******* removeable 4Tb hard drive that contained decades of data: personal writings, legal documents, pictures, music and video files, etc. I contacted Secure Data Recovery about the possibility of recovering the contents, and was treated respectfully and without delay. They assigned me a case number, but just before senting it to them, I discovered that ******* offered free warranty data recovery for some of their drives, so after finding out mine was covered, I sent it to them instead. In the meantime, SDR kept my case open until after I heard back from *******, with SDR even checking in to see how things were progressing. ******* claimed they would have an answer in about 4-6 weeks. It took seven weeks to receive the bad news that NOT EVEN ONE file was recoverable because platter damage was too extensive. When setting up with ******* in the event of no data recovery, I chose to have my defective drive returned instead of receiving a free warranty replacement drive (they would destroy the old one). Upon receiving my old drive back from *******, I immediately sent it to Secure Data. Within four days, I received news from Secure Data that there was 1 file they were not able to recover...but over ******* files WERE RECOVERABLE! *******: 0% data recovery. Secure Data Recovery: ********% recovery!Not all drives can have such a high recovery rate. My drive was only about half full, and the platter damage must have been mostly in empty areas. But why the manufacturer claimed complete loss, tells me all I need to know about warranty "data recovery". Give them a shot, certainly. But if that fails, and you absolutely need to get as much of your data recovered as possible, don't hesitate to reach out to Secure Data Recovery for fast response, and top-notch technological expertise to get the job done, especially when the other data recovery companies fail!

      was beyond devastated when my portable drive failed with 3TB of photos. Secure Data was recommened to me by my IT guy and boy did they come through for me. I emailed them on a Saturday and was surprised that I got a response that day from ******* *****. He explained the process and had me send the drive to them. They responded the day it was received and gave me a quote to get my data off the drive. They were able to recover all but 52 files. These guys are amazing. I highly recommend them. They are definitely worth the money.

      SecureDataRecovery is a refreshingly professional and totally reliable data recovery service that I have used on 2 occasions. Their customer service is outstanding and their turnaround time fantastic. I never have to worry about communicating with an AI 'bot -- they actually have human beings assigned to their recovery cases who are helpful, considerate, and outstanding with their follow-through. Although I will try to avoid losing priceless data in the future, I will not hesitate to use SecureDataRecovery again if the need arose.

      The Secure Data Recovery team were great to work with. Between phone calls and emails I was always left feeling confident. I had the pleasure of speaking with ****** ***** with my personal case. He made sure to be thorough with my questions and in his responses, and the recovery was successful bringing back all files off of a failed external hard drive that dated back 7+ years. Very thankful for their service and expertise.
