      True to their name, the entire process from beginning to data recovery felt and was very secure. Secure Data Recovery recovered data from my salt water damaged phone that multiple other services told me was impossible! **** took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Absolutely professional and cutting edge technology!

      Working with secure data recovery was very very easy. The online process is great. All I had to do is send my crashed hard drives through the mail with a prepaid shipping label. ******** ****** reached out to me and walk me through every step and helped me with any questions I had. I was able to work out a payment plan with ********, which I was very satisfied with. With my payment plan, I was told that my hard drives will be worked on off hours and that the turnaround time will be a lot longer than a normal recovery due to the fact of the technicians working on off hours. I was not in a rush due to the fact that I had a second computer, butWithin less than a week I received an email from ******** saying my hard drive was ready. I was not expecting such fast service and Im very very pleased. They were able to recover 2 TB and only a few files were unrecoverable on my 2 TB hard drive. I will definitely use secure data recovery if I have issues with hard drives again.

      Secure Data overall has good service and was effective for getting back my data. Their prices appear to run on the higher end compared to other businesses I consulted with, which required some negotiation to get it down to a reasonable place, however in the end they were open to this and they are good at their trade. I am lowering the number of stars in this review as to get back my data I have to write 3 reviews, which feels somewhat predatory to me. However, overall I must say again that I received the service I desired for a suitable price.

      I had a great experience with Secure Data Recovery Services, and my account manage ****. He made navigating the process easy, explained the payment options, and help me to lower the costs even further to fit my limited budget. I received a new HDD a few weeks after the terms were agreed. My credit card was not charged until the data was recovered. Everything was recovered. Thanks ****!

      Losing data is scary. Sending it to get repaired by strangers is also scary. My dad's ext HD got corrupted somehow and he was heartbroken. So many years of data. I sent it to **** after trying with another local company that couldn't handle it.The second I got my first email from **** at **** I knew I could trust them. I got so many emails from him with forms to sign, information, follow up, etc. There wasn't a moment I didn't feel like I'd make the right decision with this company.We got the ext HD back yesterday and went through the files. EVERYTHING my dad was hoping to recover was recovered, and actually WAY more than he thought was possible. He's so relieved and I couldn't be happier.This company is amazing. If you're nervous, scared, on the fence or whatever, I can tell you with 100% certainty that if your data can be recovered at ALL, these are the guys who will do it. They're professional. They're fast. They're thorough. And they're trustworthy. I'm a busy person. I very rarely even bother writing reviews. But I really had to this time.Thank you guys so so much.
