      I had a tremendous experience with this company. Val and the rest of the staff at Secure Data Recovery Systems were professional, kind, and courteous. They were quick to address any questions or concerns I had, and should I have another need, I would not hesitate to use Secure Data Recovery Services in the future.

      Thank you to Val and his team! I had childhood videos on a hard drive that I wanted to recover. The initial quote was a bit steep but Val and his team were able to adjust it and successfully recover my data. They were very helpful and I was very pleased with their customer service!

      I feel a little cheated with the entire process of "free shipping and no payments if no data is recovered" And then, when no data was recovered, they charged me 40 dollars to get the drive back with no option to pick up at the location, even tho I could drop it off there. Kind of felt like the drive was being held hostage. That all said, my rep was friendly, easy to get a hold of, and quick to respond. Despite no data recovered, I would definitely send a drive to attempt recovery again

      Due to the damage of my hard drive, the data couldn't be recovered unluckily, however I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again in the future if I need it. The level of professionalism of Jake Gambatese is outstanding! He was very responsive, attentive and straightforward with us. We really appreciate the time he invested in helping us with our case. I highly recommend this company, they are the best in the market.
