      My 2TB external hard drive started clicking and I knew I would need to get it professionally saved, so I sent it over to Secure Data for diagnostics - this was super easy, they sent me a shipping label and I printed it out and shipped my drive over. (Note that if you decide that you don't want to do the service after the diagnostic, you will have to pay ~20-30 shipping fee to get it back) After the diagnostic, they told me what was wrong with the drive (mechanical problems with the read/write heads) and gave me an estimate. It was too high for my budget but they were amazing enough to work with me and bring the price down to something I could manage, matching a different company's lower price. Elliot Fisher, my representative, was awesome! He was super quick to respond and answered all of my questions whenever I had any. :) In general the service was always friendly and professional. I also like that there is an online portal where you can easily keep track of progress on your data and check on payments.

      Well, as unexpected as it was, my business computer crashed! BIOS wouldn't load, it was a complete disaster. I called Secure Data Recovery and was connected with Jake. He was very attentive and told me I can get my hard drive dropped off that very same day! It was only 2-3 days before he got back to me, and stated they were able to do a full recovery of my data. I was surprised as I thought all was lost. Jake Gambatese was awesome right from the very beginning. He followed up with everything extremely quickly, answered all my silly questions (since I know nothing about technology) and had my data back to me before the time frame agreed upon. If you are in need of recovery, and think all is lost, talk to this guy. He knows his stuff!

      Elliot at Secure Data Recovery helped us recover all of the data from a very old Western Digital hard drive that had a mechanical malfunction. Elliot's customer service was exceptional; among the best I've ever experienced. He typically replied to our emails within minutes, with very helpful, detailed information and clear, honest answers to all of our many questions. I would highly recommend his and Secure Data Recovery's services to anybody in a similar situation.

      I could not be happier with my experience with Secure Data Recovery. Every department, solid, even talking with them, you can feel you're in the best of hands. My hard drive was seriously damaged, I had little faith that it could be completely restored - I had heard about this company from a friend and at the last second decided to give them a chance. I am so grateful I did!!! Everything, from beginning to end, fantastic and best of all, I got every bit of everything stored in my hard drive safely returned to me. Phew!!! Look no further!

      I did something incredibly stupid and lost all the data on an HD chip. It contained over 200 photos from a 100 anniversary of our high school. I was sick to my stomach but after a little searching on the Internet found security datacard.com. Jonathan was calming and knew exactly what to do within a matter of a few days all my photos were recovered and I became the GOAT! And not the school goat. Thank you Jonathan and Secure Data. Com!!!!!
