      We are a samll dental office and switched from ****** ***** to Cintas as they offer a lower monthly fee for linens. Not for long. Cintas uses sneeky business tools to get your business, signs you up to a contract that isn't disclosed and when your invoice keeps increasing, they have lots of reasons why , but you can;t leave as you are locked into a contact. Very unhappy! Also their accounting dpartment is terrible! They harrass us for payment when we are already signed up for auto pay. I don’t think their accounting company knows what is going on. I received 3 emails and a phone call to my front desk staff stating we are overdue for payment!! I was so angry! The next day my auto payment went through as it alwas does. How do they not know that? I would suggest looking elsewhere before getting involved with Cintas.

      Small businesses beware. Cintas uses deception (smoke and mirrors) with how they handle their service contracts and will try to sneak renewals through without being transparent. When confronted about how they did it, they will not work with you and will box you in for years. I believe in transparency with our own businesses and Cintas does not share the same values. This has happened to multiple businesses in our rural communities. They also were consistently missing items in our monthly deliveries over the years.

      HORRIBLE COMPANY......THE BOUGHT *** **** WHICH I HAVE USED FOR YEARS FOR MONITORING, ANNUAL FIRE EXTINGUISHER INSPECTIONS AND BACKFLOW PREVENTION. TWO YEARS IN A ROW NOW I HAVE TO FIGHT THEM OVER A WATER SHUTOFF NOTICE.

      Beware of Cintas. The Fire protection division scammed our operations manager into "upgrading" our fire sprinkler system and proceeded to disconnect our fire and burglar alarm then connected it to their service.I also noticed that Cintas did a fire extinguisher inspection, despite another company already have performed the service and had valid tags on them.I suggest if a Cintas Fire System employee shows up, ask them politely to leave.

      It was great. I work for *** ** **** * ******** as a Maintenance Tech. He came to see about our sprinkler system. I asked a lot of questions and he answered all of them. With no problem or attitude. He also let me know a few other things I wasn’t aware of. Good guy that Goerge!

      Please be cautious when dealing with this company. After many years of doing business with them, we have found their recent behavior to be highly unprofessional. Despite multiple attempts to communicate, including sending demand letters from our lawyer, they have failed to respond or address our concerns about canceling all contracts. They have intentionally made midterm changes to contracts and overcharged us without prior consent. We are now requesting corporate intervention to cancel all ********************** contracts immediately.

      drivers must be blind was promised a delivery for 12/04/2024 and now they wanna deliver 12/05/2024 BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE after I have given ********************** plenty of chances to make things right and everything has been going south

      I want to start by saying our weekly drivers have been wonderful! However the service manager and sales **** are terrible at their job. I was going to cancel our service in January 2024 because our employees were not happy with their aging uniforms. The employees returned all uniforms. From the beginning uniforms were not available, wrong sizes and lack of communication. So I decided to do floor mats to honor the remainder of our contract which ended in October 2024. NO ONE ever contacted me to see why our service changed so drastically. We continually are invoiced incorrectly with no resolve. I was contacted by the service manager weeks after I submitted a cancelation letter, I told him I did not want to continue to do business with them. Now they claim we are under contract and automatic renewal for 5 years!!! THEY ARE A SCAM and this is a horrible way to do business. The corporate level and customer service are terrible! There were weeks they didn't send us rugs. We were still charged and I paid. We honored our end of the deal and will not continue to do business with such a terrible company.

      Our small business has used Cintas for a long time(early 90's) prior to me coming on board last year. The drivers are great, I feel bad for them. Their customer service at corporate level is HORRIBLE!! The "customer" service reps say one thing and don't follow up on what they say that they are going to do. The CSR has made unauthorized changes to our plan of service to our rugs. Not sending product when requested. Most recently they invoiced us for a service that wasn't performed and isn't due till this week . I was told that I would get a call back for the credit, still showing on my statement as of this morning. Makes me wonder how may things they charged us for that we didn't receive the service for. Very shady acts of business at the corporate level.

      As stated in numerous reviews left on this site, this company I can attest is full of scam artists. We (a small mom and pop outfit) had given notice to Cintas in 2020 that we no longer wanted contract renewal in January of 2021. I have been given confirmation dozens of times by our route driver as well as the account manager that we were not under any contract and it was a week to week basis. We decided to explore other uniform companies and Cintas was aware of that after several meetings with the driver and account manager. They come to pick up our inventory on 11/19/24 and was accompanied by someone i hadnt met before and he claimed we were under contract still. This is scammery at its best! This will be solved one way or another, Lawyers involved.
