  My first mistake was ordering anything from Cintas to begin with. My second mistake was ordering additional pieces from Cintas after the first shipment eventually arrived. It's been 3 months now and I still have yet to receive my second shipment. Repeated attempts to contact my ***** and all I get is "I'll look into it". Never again. The absolute worst customer service from any industry I've ever dealt with.

  They tricked me into signing a contract and charged me 200.98 monthly to deliver one gallon of hand cleaner. They come once a month to deliver one gallon of cherry bomb. I could buy the same thing on ****** for 20.00. I have six months left in my contract. This is the worst form of scamming a customer. We used them for uniforms, and our employees paid for the service. Then COVID came; everyone needed to save money, and employees did not want to use the uniforms. I do not need Cintas for anything yet. For 4.5 years, they have been charging me. If I had tried to get out of the contract, I would have had to pay them over 5000 to break the agreement. Be careful what you sign. This company is a shark out to get you, and their attorneys are better than this small woman-owned business can afford to fight.

  If I could give zero start.I would.The management is very failed.All they care about is how many contracts they have signed.NO responsibility,NO service.NO integrity.They will only give you a little benefit when you sign the contract,and when sign it.There will be many traps waiting for you.Prices will rise from time to time.There will be a shortage of items when delivering.EVEN you find out,They give you credit, BE careful,They will give you wrong total.They do not have uniform standards.They will give you different answers.A very bad company.Think carefully before signing a contract.

  Made me sign a 30 month contract without letting me know I was signing a contract. I was trying to reduce the amount of items that we were ordering and then BAM they snuck in a contract in the paperwork that I didn't see. Terrible company 0/10 starts

  Seems Cintas is a very slimy company. All the reviews are indicative of their snake oil tactics to sneak people into contracts they aren't aware of. Cintas threatened to sue me for canceling a contract i wasn't aware of. After doing some research, a sub-contractor of mine signed a contract and when I explained this to them, they said I'm still responsible for the contract or I need to pay a large sum to get out of it. After I refused and told them they would need to locate the person who signed the contract, they said they have been in situations like this and won in court. The use fear tactics, even when they know they are wrong, to try and get you to stay. After refusing to keep the contract and telling them to stop harassing my business and banging on the door, as their contract wasn't with me, they disappeared for awhile. I found out today they got bought out and the new owners are sending court summons to everyone in similar situations. The man who delivered the paper work said it was for my business agent who my company is registered under and said he wasn't sure if he was suppose to give it to us, but did so anyways. He also stated he had never been so busy delivering these summons for Cintas and that it wa staking up his entire day. This company is pure garbage and they need to be stop. They are clearly aware that they aren't up front about the contracts and thats their tactic. Then when you file a complaint and let them know you weren't aware of the contract and the agent never told you, they threaten to sue you until you comply. I won't be bullied and everyone should stay clear away from this snake oil company.

  I was drawn in to a contract that the salesperson said was able to cancel on 30 day notice . That was lie number one. Lie number 2 was product availability. We'll I sat out my contract can't wait to cancel what a waste of money. Poor customer service.

  This company tries to hook you into a long term contract and then raises prices without notification or approval. They just hope you keep paying their invoices. When I caught them, they didnt even deny it... that is their standard operating procedure. Their basic contract does not have an easy out... however, I demanded an out in my contract and the language was reluctantly added to my contract. if you are going to do business with them... just watch their billing and see what happens.

  I signed a two year contract with Cintas in 2021 and when I tried to cancel they said that my contract was 4 years. I stated no it was 2 years because the lease on my building was for only 2 years so why would I sign a four year contract. They then said they could lower my bill and not come as often until my so called contract was up. My credit card had to be updated on my account so they called me and I told them to cancel the service because I no longer wanted their services. I was then advised that when they changed(lowered) my plan that it put me in a 5 year contract. I was not made aware of this at the time they changed my services. I was just notified of this when I tried to cancel the service again. You can not talk to them they keep coming up with something else. Very bad business.

  Awful company! They only care about the dollar and cents. No customer service. They exude this idea of customer service and will say anything to make you believe it but when the time comes that you need it they don't care! Run fast, far away!!!! They claim they manage your inventory when all they do is overstock you and the invoice you for their bottom line. They change charges without notify you. Ridiculous and severely regretting any involvement with them.
