Every step of this process has been smooth and easy. ********* walked us through the first steps, showing us designs and telling us about the product and process. **** handled all the scheduling. The installers were very professional and respectful of our home. ***** showed us the final product and all the features. Everyone was great to work with. We love our screened in porch, and the product is very attractive and useful. Look forward to using it for many years.Great Day Improvements, LLC

**** ****** and his son, ******, came out to change the trim from the plastic that kept shrinking and breaking to the new aluminum. They did an amazing job. Very professional and polite! Patio Enclosures have been great and have sent many teams out to do work on my room and i couldn't have asked for a better crew this time around. 5 stars all around!! Overall, what a disappointment!The good: The salesman was excellent, easy to work with and I don't feel we were pressured in any way. He did spend a lot of time with us and I though explained things well. The finished product is fine too, we do like it and it's a nice upgrade.The bad: Where to begin? First the customer advocate was difficult to work with. Several times we were contacted with information only to have it be in accurate such as material will be in this day and it wasn't and work to start on this day, which it wasn't. Not a huge deal but very disappointing.Then there was the "work". It was implied that there would be a construction supervisor visiting the site during the installation but there was not. There was also a promise to be started on day X and it did not happen, in fact they just dropped of materials. Came back the next day hours after they indicated. All was going smooth until the afternoon (a Friday no less) and suddenly they got into high gear. However the quality control was non-existent. Areas that should have been caulked were not, the handles on the windows were all different heights and looked terrible and they promised to cut an opening for a portable AC unit and leave the cut out to plug the hole. They did not. It was a rough opening with dangerously sharp edges that was covered up with cardboard.We did notify the company and they ultimately came out to fix all the errors (more than described here) but they had to disassemble practically the entire enclosure and it took another entire day. I am sorely disappointed since the excuse was made that "they were busy and trying to get this done quickly", but that merely means that it was not scheduled properly and if we hadn't contacted them they would have left it as is. I can only imagine how many customers have low quality work. I am a QA construction supervisor and this was terrible work. Certainly was not worth what we paid. Big problem. Sunroom has been great, except the door out to the porch. It needs an adjustment as it doesnt latch and is very hard to open. It should not be a big operation for them. The problem is that all my attempts to contact them have been completely ignored, even to the point where the only time Ive been able to talk to someone in customer service, in the middle of my calm explanation, I was hung up on.Evidently, they dont stand behind their work!Great Day Improvements, LLC

Not reliable, delay after delay with idiotic excuses, untruthful promises. Do not do business with this maze of numerous companies find a good local independent contractor. Satisfied with install process, crew (****** / *****) were very professional, also happy about the clean up after each visit. Job was completed on time stated. ( Exception was a delay in the window replacement which was not the installers fault) Would recommend in the future.Great Day Improvements, LLC

We had an incredible experience with Patio Enclosures from start to finish! ****** our Design Consultant, was phenomenal. He patiently explained every detail of the process and designed a stunning 3D image of our patio that brought our vision to life. ***** the Operations Administrator, was fantastic at coordinating the scheduling and keeping us informed every step of the way.The installation crew was top-notch! They gave us a courtesy call before arriving, showed up on time, and worked efficiently to complete the job. They even made sure to clean up thoroughly afterward, leaving everything spotless.What impressed us the most was ***** following up after the installation to ensure we were completely satisfied with the finished product. This level of care and attention to detail is rare and truly appreciated. Our patio looks amazing, and we couldnt be happier. Is there a zero star review? We have been in limbo with this company since the beginning of this year. We contracted them in April of this year and they said our CAD drawings would be done in 2 weeks. No calls and several weeks later an we had left numerous messages and was unable to get anyone to call us back. In fact, their number often goes in a loop where you can hit any option and it just frustratingly goes back to the beginning. The only way we are ever able to get anyone live is by calling another Great Day Improvement out of state and having them reach out to the ******* ****** on our behalf. We asked for a full refund from a manager named **** who agreed to refund us in full as we were not wanting to work with a company that doesnt respond. He told us that he would personally handle our account and by the way, we werent able to do your CAD drawings anyway. We found all that very interesting that they just didnt tell us that the numerous times we called and waited over 3 months to hear back. They never refunded us the full amount and still we are leaving messages weekly with no one to call us back. **** has not responded to any phone calls, emails or text messages. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! What happens if you have a leak?Great Day Improvements, LLC
