  Love my Patio enclosure. There was a defect in the screen after installation. They immediately returned and made the correction. Very pleased with the sales man, *********************.. He was very knowledgeable and took time to show us a nearby neighbor clients enclosure that would look similar to ours.Also ****** was so helpful and kept me informed as to time they would come for installation.

  *PLEASE READ* This is my 78-year-old Mothers experience with Patio Enclosures! My Mother received money from my dads passing at the end of 2019 and hired patio enclosures to build her sunroom. The price was $26,000. The contract said they would take 2 weeks to build it. After 22 months of them showing up 12 times they finished it, then another 2 months to get it to quit leaking. I asked **************** for a 30% refund for their terrible service, he took no responsibility for his company's incompetence. He said the best he could do is a $500 gift certificate, which he never sent. There is no honor in this company. My mom is also fighting cancer since February of 2021. She did not need this aggravation. Patio Enclosures told us for 8 months that my mothers room would be finished, by the end of the month. They started blaming COVID for not having the materials, but their contractor told us materials had been there since April of 2021. I do not know what happened to those materials. I moved peoples belongings for 30 years. Never treated anyone like this, especially senior citizens. I urge people to check with BBB and look at all their complaints and bad reviews. Just in the past 12 months there have been 86 complaints. Please share this with your loved ones to save them the misery. I have shortened my original letter to this because I am only allowed **** characters on Better Business Bureau website. My original letter was almost **** characters describing all their lies, deceit, and the whole nightmare! Please, be aware of these SHYSTERS!

  ********************,We acknowledge there have been some delays in completing your mother's room but we would like to provide some clarity. Initially, there was a significant delay in starting the project due to site conditions and whether we could build the room where your mother wanted it. It took several months for those details to be resolved so the entire project was beyond our typical timelines. The situation is further muddied by the fact that your mother entered into a private transaction with our former design consultant to perform additional remodeling services not covered by our contract. You are asking to lump that work into our responsibility, but we have informed you on numerous occasions that is a private matter between you and the former associate. It is also inaccurate to allege that we were on the job for ******************************************************************************** July of 2021; funds were paid to Great Day Improvements at that time as well indicating the customers acceptance that the project was complete. Due to miscommunication by our subcontractor, we were unaware that some wrap up work had not been completed, once we were notified the work was incomplete, we returned to finish the work. This was in early 2022. While completing the punch work, we were made aware that water was leaking into the room where it attached to a natural stone faade of the home. We made several visits to correct this leaking before we were successful. It is not fair to say that we take no responsibility for our service in this matter. We have attempted to explain all of this in detail as well as why a 30% reduction in cost was not a possibility. We offered a ****** gift card in good will if it would help make up for any inconvenience. At that point, you stated that you intended to disparage us on social media and online media if we didnt give him a 30% discount. We do apologize for the delays your mother experienced but like many companies we are facing product and staffing shortages along with delays. We did our very best to complete this project to it's full potential and as quickly as possible while addressing all issues that fell within our scope of work. Thank You.Great Day Improvements

  Had an appointment with this company. They were a no show. Called the company to ask why, person answering the phone said our appointment was as scheduled and she would check and call us back. No call back with an explanation or no call back to reschedule

  Warranty repair took over 5months to complete. There's a lack of communication between the departments. Had multiple visits from repairmen, supervisors before they finally repaired the listed original warranty items from 5+ Months ago. When I pointed out an issue with the re-screen. Repairman disagreed and said "I'm not going to worry about it" and turned away. Supervisors were nice when they came to visit and take pictures, but the whole process is too slow and inefficient.

  From start to finish we had a very positive experience and are now enjoying a beautiful sunroom. We are contractors as well so good communication and customer service are just as important to us as the quality of the work. Top notch all the way around on our project. I loved that we had a person dedicated to keeping us posted on every step of the project. Everyone from the estimator to the installers to the office personnel were friendly, competent & attentive.
