Seems to have the ability to make sure that Im happy with whats going on Very professional there were a few hiccups, and he was able to work them out to my satisfaction.   My sister recommended Patio Enclosures after having a three-season enclosure installed at her house about five years ago. Her enclosure still looks perfectly brand new.From start to finish, we found the process to be smooth and easy. We had an enclosure designed to essentially added another room to our house. The timeframe from design to installation was quick; about five weeks. The actual installation was also quick. The installer (****** *****) was incredibly knowledgeable and very professional. The install was smooth; everything fit just perfectly. ****** and his team did a great job.The follow-up was top notch. ***** *. was our representative and he knocked it out of the park. ***** made sure we knew every detail about our enclosure. ***** was meticulous; he found a few minor defects we did not notice. ***** made sure the touch-*** were barely visible. About a week after our installation, I damaged one of the screens. ***** was very responsive and helped us with the repairs. Since we have cats that are escaped artists with talent for destroying screens, ***** helped us upgrade to their pet resistance screens. ***** provided truly top notch service. We would absolutely recommend Patio Enclosure.

  We recently had a visit from Padio Enclosures **** ******* to discuss options on installation of a screen room on our existing covered padio. **** was professional and knowledgeable about his products. He gave us several suggestions and options offered by his company. The meeting lasted for about 2.5 hours and finished up with some outrageous prices. He quoted basically 3 options. Option 1 was the high end build with the best windows etc. it came in at over $70k. Option 2 with standard windows came in around over 50k. Option 3 was just a simple screen room and it came in around 40k. After much manipulation of numbers from **** all these prices reduced by at least 25%. I guess the idea is to shock the customer with some over inflated price and then reduce the price to make them feel that you need to act right now to receive it. The presentation was great and the products were upper scale but the prices are ridiculous. Our padio area is basically complete but to enhance the area a simple screen room would make it better. At the sq footage cost quoted during our meeting my existing house would have been twice as much as I paid. Again were talking about a simple screen room not a entire room addition. Our plan didnt include any extras for electrical, hvac or flooring! At these prices I could probably have a contractor stick build an entire room addition in that area. *** and ****** ****

  I recently had a sun room installed by Patio Enclosures and completely wished I had not chosen them for the job. The experience was far from satisfactory. The craftsmanship was subpar, with uneven seams, shoddy framing and a lack of attention to detail. It is clear that poor planning played a role- measurements were off from the start so they had to redo the entire space, and even then, there were mistakes made from the original design promised. They did not fully complete the job and never returned to finish some missing details and left our yard full of debris. I expected a professional job for the price I paid, but this fell well short of the promised standard. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for quality work.

  **************** is definitely lacking. I had to call them every step of the way. Emails were not answered in a timely manner or outright ignored. The project was pretty simple. Increase the size of my original concrete patio and screen it in. I was told that it would take 5-6 months to complete. This is month number 9 and its still not completed. I could not get an invoice from them as they have sub-contracted out portions of the project. To date I have not received an invoice that explains how much of the funding has been spent so far. The original quotes were from a year ago and I am just trying to figure out if my money is being spent fairly.Feels like Im being fleeced!Mal C Sorrento

  I used a company doing business as Patio Enclosures. The company is owned by Great Day Improvements, LLC. The job involved glassing in 2 separate covered screen rooms. I am thrilled with the product they provide and the work the solo installer, Tom, performed. The finished product is exactly what I wanted. While the job is not quite finished, (We're awaiting the arrival and reinstallation of one knee window that was not the correct size), I've discovered that the real test of a company is not how their employees handle projects that go just as planned, but how they handle jobs that become difficult and challenging. Matt Powers, went the extra mile to help. He and Chelsey Riggins were patient and helpful. The people working out of the Menomonee Falls, Wi. Branch of Patio Enclosures were professional and patient.

  *******************, f/k/a ******************************************, Great Day Improvements, LLC d/b/a ********* Custom Contracting, et al, was a defendant in a 2021 lawsuit in ************, *******, due to a failed patio installation. They lost the case, resulting in a summary judgment against them in April 2021. As of February 2025, a garnishment is on record to collect on the judgment.

  We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we want to clarify the facts regarding your *********** chose to hire your own concrete contractor rather than use our services. As a courtesy, we included the concrete portion under our permit and provided engineering plans to ensure compliance with code requirements. Unfortunately, your contractor did not follow these plans and made several critical errors, including:Pouring concrete into setback lines, which violated zoning regulations.Failing to build the retaining wall to code.Adding brick pavers beyond the allowed impervious area for your lot.Upon discovering these violations, we had no choice but to halt the project. You then requested that we cover the cost of reconfiguring the deck, which was necessary due to the mistakes made by your contractor. We could not accept responsibility for these errors.A legal judgment was ultimately awarded against us because the permit was in our name. While we respect the legal process, we strongly disagree with the outcome, as the issues stemmed directly from your contractors failure to follow the provided plans.We take great pride in delivering quality work that adheres to all regulations, which is why we could not proceed with an improperly built foundation. We stand by our decision and encourage future clients to ensure any outside contractors they hire follow approved plans and code requirements to avoid similar issues.   Patio Enclosures came through with an excellent addition to my former sunroom also done by them back in the early 2000. The workers were excellent, polite, and worked hard throughout the process. My only issue was how long it took to get it up. I ordered the addition back in March/April and through-out the process they (*****) stayed in contact with me which made me feel good about them. She did her best to watch the progress and update if there was a delay when and why there was. The actual building did not begin until end of January finishing the first week in February. l was surprised at the amount of time it took to design, and then get the necessary permits through. With all that said Patio Enclosures do a great job. My initial sunroom was approx. 22 yrs. ago. My screens on the previous enclosure were showing there age. They ended up replacing them which I was very happy about. Thanks to **** who checked on the project early on its important to have that contact with the head designer. They are a good company to work with but make sure you have time for the project. Overall they are a good company to work with and I am happy with the result.
