Fleet Response provides very poor service. They underpaid my actual repair cost by 40%. They have totally ignored my emails and phone calls requesting a review of my documented auto repair cost. They simply do not care about their clients. Be prepared to be disappointed if they handle any insurance claim for you.

This insurance company is a scam. I had the same experience as the other negative reviews. My toddler and I got stuck in a Take Oil 5 car wash. It was very scary. I suffered damage to my car. The only peace I had is that insurance would contact me and take care of it. None of that happened. I got the run around for several months before I officially got passed to another insurance company. It’s scary to think that a typical errand you would run with your child, is in fact not insured if the business is not functioning properly. This insurance company should not be allowed to be in business.

The 3rd party claims fleet response for Take 5 oil change is HORRIBLE. No one was returning calls or emails! They denied the claim and didnt provide any next steps. It took me almost 3 weeks to finally get in contact with them after calling daily for them to tell me I was responsible for getting my vehicle towed back home. The man basically said its their word against mine. To me they only look at the car to appease you. They know people dont have the time or finances to try and fight them. All they have done is LIED LIED AND LIED. Ive had my car 10 years with NO issues and they change the oil, take out my original plug that Ive had for YEARS, all the oil come out and now I dont have a car. I absolutely hate and despise this company for causing an upset in my life and not being held accountable for it!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!!

We received a claim from Take 5 Oil on the customers 2010 ****** Camry. A full investigation was completed and there was no negligence found on Take 5 Oil. The vehicle came into the service bay with the following Pre-existing issues - 1. A coolant leak, 2. Loose (free spinning) oil plug which was leaking. The engine overheated and the head gasket blew which is a direct result of the pre-existing issues. The claim was denied based on these findings. The customer is understandably upset about the denial and submitted this BBB complaint. The decision to deny this claim was not flippantly reached and we are confident we conducted a thorough investigation in line with the good faith claims settlement practices outlined by the ********** of **********

This is a fraudulent 3rd party insurer to discount tires among other clients. I don’t know how they are incentivized, maybe they are paid premiums to handle claims.? They are definitely looking at the bottom line and making sure that they are in the black between premium collection and claim payouts which influences their approval or denial of claims. I took my car to discount tire to have all four tires replaced and they damaged all of my rims. This is the first time I changed tires on my car. It only has 30,000 miles on it. This is not damage done from a previous tire change .All the damage was done at the edge of the rim where it meets the tire, were they pried the old tires off and put the new tires on. None of the damage was done to the side of the rim which would be the result of scraping against the curb.. Lol, I provided a video and pictures because I had taken my car to discount tire a few years bac and change all four tires and they damaged all my wheels and had to replace them and made sure I had proof of before and after. They offered me a concession payment of 150 bucks so that they can keep their claim payout low with a $150 payout instead of possibly paying out $ 1000- $1500 for a clam for example or whatever. Someone needs to investigate this company.!!

I needed my window regulator fixed on my Impala, and Discount Tire sent me to Fleet Response, who did absolutely nothing for me. They sent me to a place that wanted to charge me for taking the door panel off and putting it back on. When I opted for a new place in my area to take my car. Nothing but crickets. I bought the part off Amazon and will have it fixed privately. Fleet Response is a total insurance scam. Now I have to let Discount Tire know that their insurance company avoided me and my claim. *****!

This company is a scam. They are paid by big corporations to lie and for them so they do not have to pay you after the corporation or large enterprise damage your belongings. They act like a fake insurance company, They never call you to discuss what happens. They just email you that they don't find the employees of the corporation that drove your car into the side of a parked truck liable. Do not come into contact with this business. They are not accredited by the BBB and are probably not legit.
