11/19/24 Fleet Response was supposed to approve Claim# ******* by Subrogation Specialist: ********* for damage to driver sidestep board on Range Rover Autobiography. I have had 4 interactions via email with Fleet Response, company has yet to approve next steps to repair my vehicle. It's now 1/29/25 two month and a half, I called 1800 number, operator transferred to ********* extension to leave message. while transferring the phone system announces, "voice mail for this extension is disabled". Customer service deserves less than one star, I would not recommend this company for any services for the future.....I AM STILL WAITING FOR CLAIM TO BE PROCESSED!!!Fleet Response

A check was issued to customer in December of 2024 for damages listed on the estimate he submitted. Text message was sent to customer on 12/20/24 to advise payment was issued. Customer has not contacted us to advise that check was not received; we were made aware by our client. Assigned *** reached out to customer via email on 1/29/25 to confirm customer's mailing address so that a ***lacement check can be issued. I have also requested that assigned *** reach out to customer by phone to do the same.Review fromRobert B

I have reviewed the notes in the claim file, and I agree with Mr. ******* about the lack of communication. I will address this with the file handler. I do, however, see a note in the claim documenting a conversation between one of my team members and Mr. ****** on 1/9; however, Mr. ******* was not available to speak with us at that time and would call back. Unknown if customer attempted to call back.Review fromRandy T

I took my car through Take 5 Oil about a month ago and the company damaged my engine. I was reached out to a ***resentative through Fleet Response about my situation through email and provided the pictures/documents that was needed. After providing that information, there has not been no response back on my claim, no updatesnothing. I continuously left voicemails and emails to the *** and the supervisor and there has not been anything. At this point I will be contacting my attorney due to negligence.Fleet Response

Mr. ****** appears to have spoken with a Take5 Team member in our office earlier today. That person explained that Fleet Response has not yet received the requested photos needed to complete a liability investigation. Once needed documents are received, a claim review can be completed and an update provided to Mr. *******Review fromKelly O

I took my car through a take 5 car wash a year ago and the car wash ripped off a part on the front of my car. My son and I noticed it immediately and I spoke to the manager about it. I had to fill out a form while I was there about the incident and was told I would get a call right away. I made sure and got the phone number to where claims are handled, which apparently is Fleet Response. I have been beyond patient, even after being given the run around. My claim was approved and I was told they would get back to me. After a month I attempted to call and email them numerous times with no response. Then I got an email telling me that due to inactivity my claim was closed. I left messages and emails on every contact I was given for them telling them the truth, I was the only person who was communicating with them. I save every email, voice mail, all correspondence, as well as keep track of every date, time, person I spoke to, what said, etc. FOR EVERYTHING, so when they tried to lie several times I had my proof ready. I submitted estimates and every piece of information they asked for. A couple more months went by and nothing so I emailed them and told them I was getting an attorney. Then I got a call telling me it was being handled. This has gone on for a year. Finally on October 15, 2024 I received an email from them stating they received the estimates and would be sending the information to the person who would be sending me the money for the damages, ************* to fix my car. A couple of weeks go by and I emailed them to get an update a few times and last week I got a voice mail saying my claim was closed again for inactivity. This is what they have been pulling for an entire year. I am going to see my attorney next week. This company and its employees (I dealt with 7 or 8 and they are all horrible) are the worse managed, worst at their jobs, and this company should be closed down. They will end up owing me everything. Zero stars review!!!Review fromBecky B

There service was very slow and designed to make you give up on a claim. They had difficulty finding the United Rental equipment that destroy our mailbox even with pictures from all sides showing United Rentals and the unit number. They drug out the process and were unprofessional. ************** is probably happy since they dont have to pay for a mailbox but we are not!Fleet Response

Claim has been reviewed. Fleet Response was not provided enough information to verify whether our client's unit was on rent or not at the time of the loss. This information is necessary in order to make a liability determination. Witness information has not been provided. Claim was closed at the request of this claimant on 9/24/24. If claimant wishes to provide the necessary information, Fleet Response is happy to reopen the claim. Thank you.Review fromJustin H

This company is a complete sham and covers up for the third-rate oil change company known as Take 5. Their mechanic failed to reattach the underside plate when performing an oil change which fell off upon leaving their shop. The Take 5 manager said they would replace it but this company, who apparently covers any liability for them, denied that they would replace it citing no evidence despite them working on my car and it falling off after leaving their shop.Fleet Response

There is no evidence submitted that supports the allegation that Take5 failed to reattach customer's skid plate, nor has ********************** received any request from Take5 to replace the customer's skid plate. Liability not accepted and claim has been closed. If customer has additional information or evidence to submit they are welcome to do so.Review fromRuth R

I have had a very unfortunate experience with Fleet Response after submitting a claim related to Take5 oil change location. I was assigned a claim agent on 8/9/24 - the team was initially very responsive and coordinated the towing of my vehicle to the dealer's service center. They denied the claim on 8/19/24 unless I could provide additional documentation. I provided additional documentation from the service center on 8/20/24. It is now 9/4/24 and I have been calling and emailing almost daily to check on the status of the claim after additional documentation was provided. They have been completely unresponsive.Review fromFrank B

My business ********************** of 35 fleet of cars will NEVER drive through any of theses car washes. Ill get an account with another business. You want to keep the money you owe me fine!!! I will be filling a civil lawsuit soon.Fleet Response
