      Great Service!!! George and His Team explained the process, then stayed in touch with me throughout the data recovery process! THANK YOU! My entire Consulting Business was on that hard drive.       Not a good experience with this company. I agreed to pay the amount they told me for 100% recovery of my files.
      Once I got the USB drive only 10% of the information was recovered.
      They said I was required to check the files online to authorize the service and the transaction, I didn’t have time to check due to busy schedule.
      They went ahead and process payment without me saying it was good to go.
      After that, I had to call them to give me an update about the delivery of the USB drive and they charged me $50 more for a USB drive.
      FedEx company delivered the package to the wrong address and I had to go get it where they delivered it.
      Took like 2 months to see only 10% of my data.
      Also, agent was unresponsive.
      I filed a chargeback with my credit company, because they didn’t delivered the solution I was looking for.
