"I called Owens Cooper dental to get a cleaning and was told they could not get me in for three months ,It was December and i wanted to use my insurance before the end of the year, The receptionist checked my chart and said I needed other dental worked done and said she had a cancelation the next day and i should come in and take care of it so my insurance will pay for it before the end of the year,,I agreed to come in the next day, After thinking about it I decided not to have any work done sence I was not experencing any problems, Icalled at 7:58 the next morning to cancel the appointment and was told I would be charged a cancelation fee because I have to give them a 48hour notice.I told them I was not going to pay the fee because I made the appointmet the day before and it would of been impossible to give then a 48 hour notice,." ...
