It took about a year to get this product which was no problem of RVUPGRADE. I was greatly surprised when they notified me that the product was av. One I ordered it, it took only a few days to receive it. I am very pleased with their responsiveness

Ordered the Micro-Air touchscreen thermostat to replace original duotherm unit. Very quick 2-day Priority Mail. Easy plug and play and very easy to read which is what is really nice. Best price too!
