    Horrible experience. Part was $18, stainless steel trim piece. The part came in a GIANT oversized box, no packaging inside, the stainless steel piece and others were just tossed in a box, no protective coating, no instruction manual, just three pieces getting bent up in a big giant box. Then the phone representative couldn't answer a simple question, asked three times, kept repeating the same crap and couldn't answer. Finally offered refunded, which hasn't shown up yet. Also asked rep for sales help, and lazy quiet quitter refused again to help me and directed me towards the website, great sales help? she should work for bandh or crutchfield..

    I ordered a thermostat for my RV and they said it would work with my unit. Needless to say I got it and hooked it up and nothing happened besides it coming on. Call tech support and they told me it was not compatible with my RV unit and I had to order a different one. So the information was misleading and not accurate at all. So now I’m in the process of trying to return it to get my money back. Hopefully they are as good as their word on no hassle returns. We will see
