It appears that the 27 group has no interest in equal right, community member rights, or ensuring that tyrannical HOAs are not able to ruin quality communities full of folks who want to live quiet, peaceful lives within their neighborhood. Through nearly 5 months of correspondence I have been provided false information, ignored, and most recently told I would receive no more responses to my inquiry. This is as clear a social injustice as i have seen in my life and its astonishing to me this company can remain in business.

As a homeowner in your HOA, you have been provided with the governing documents for your community and you have been provided with multiple responses to your many questions and concerns over several months. From the annual meeting, when you were not elected to the Board of Directors, through last week, you have expressed your distaste for the Board and management. You have asked for guidance that exceeds our obligation to homeowners and is beyond the scope of management for a community association. While you have been given many answers, it is not the responsibility or requirement of management to provide you with the answers you wish to hear, as we are bound by the governing documents of the HOA.
