Quality craftsmanship. Excellent design. Top notch communication and customer service. No hassle shipping and ease of set up. This is what doing business with a small owner operator business is like and Personal Hour hits the **** in all areas. I have purchased eight reformers nano Classics with adjustable food bar from personal hour. About three months ago. They were custom made and shipped and arrived in time for my studio opening. Its been about a month and a half, and so far only positive feedback from everyone has been using their reformers. Personality was easy to reach out to through email phone and social media and they were able to answer all our questions.Review fromLyza F

I recently purchased a reformer from Personal Hour, and I am pleased with the product and service. Although it took several weeks to receive my Reformer, I appreciate the customer service. They kept me up to date with the status of my purchase, helped me put together my machine, and resolved any issues I may have noticed with the product as quickly as possible. They made sure I was happy with my purchase and went above and beyond to ensure I received a high-quality product. Personal Hour made reformer pilates even more accessible to everyone by providing economical, high-quality machines. Given the competitive price, the Nano Elite is a beautiful machine, although not perfect, but I'd say it's worth the wait!Review fromDanielle M

I ordered 10 reformers for my studio that I will be opening up. I felt the urge to review and share my experience. I first spoke with the owner who accommodated me very well. She put the order into production with the hope that I could pay on a certain date. I had to wait for my business loan to get approved. Initially, I reached to PersonalHour so I knew how much I was to spend but would call back once I had the loan. ***y were able to get my order started, but there may have been some miscommunication on when I was able to pay it because the loan was held by the bank until the underwriters were back from vacation. ***y are a small business and are family, so I can imagine this caused issues with production as it was a very large order. I did reach out and speak with someone to inform them that I will be paying but need to wait for the loan. I think this caused issues with their production. Some things that I like about this business: (1) It is owned by a woman who has a background in technology. She is passionate about pilates and fitness and decided to start her own business with her father, who helped her make her first reformer named after her Mother, *****. (2) *** machines get great reviews and seem sturdy and strong. ***y are very attractive too.(3) ***y do a great job with communicating via the message app and someone will get back to you ASAP if you have a question.(4) ***y have affordable prices and make Pilates and fitness accessible. About shipping: If you order from any reformer company, production usually takes 3-6 months. This is how it is and it is not just Personalhour. In fact, PersonalHour says it will be less (6 weeks for production and then shipping). If you want the shipping expedited it can take less. Otherwise, shipping is 7-11 weeks based on their website. ***y are upfront about this and send you an email with information about your status. Again, this is really no different than if you order a custom reformer from Balanced Body.Review fromTrisha M

Do not order from here unless you want to wait 3 months for your machine, You will get a run around and excuses. I was offered an upgrade and as of right now I’m waiting on new wheels bc the carriage does not run smooth. I could go on about many of issues with this company that are still unresolved. I recently ordered the Janet 2.0 in-stock option from PersonalHour, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I placed the order, the process was seamless and efficient. The reformer arrived just 4 days later, which was much quicker than I expected. The Janet 2.0 itself is fantastic. It is well-constructed, easy to set up, and has significantly enhanced my home workouts. The quality of the materials is excellent, and it's clear that a lot of thought has gone into the design to ensure both functionality and durability. I had a few questions about the product after it arrived, and the customer service team was incredibly responsive and helpful. They addressed all my inquiries promptly and professionally, which made me feel confident in my purchase. Overall, I am thrilled and very happy with my purchase. The Janet 2.0 has exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend PersonalHour to anyone looking for high-quality Pilates equipment and excellent customer service. This is not a place I would recommend ordering a reformer. Their website quotes up to 11 weeks for delivery. In reality, it is much more, so far mine has gone on for 18 weeks, and just now after being assured that it was shipping out today, I was told they don't have what they promised. The communications received from their "leadership team" ***** S., was extremely contradictory and incorrect multiple times. The first delay was because of their inspection and discovery of damage to the reformer they planned to send me. Another message says they're shipping a new one out by expedited shipping. Another message offers an upgrade substitute that never supposedly never arrived to their stock. Another message retracts that substitute and says there are now none in stock, but they can expedite a white or bone color. This has gone on for 18 weeks. It's a suspicious round about of excuses by a very unprofessional and dismissive owner. I should mention I was extremely patient and I had to initiate most of the communication, because she was often unresponsive. There's something very suspect here and sounds they have serious cash flow problems since they cannot fulfill an order and follow through with providing a substitute as they repeatedly promised. An investigation will certainly ensue. In the meantime, search elsewhere for a good reformer. This is not the place if you're looking for honest answers and reasonable turn around time on an order. I am only sorry at being so patient and that I cannot assign zero star rating.Review fromDali A.

I bought a pilates reformer last month, in a very low price, came exactly as the picture and I love it! very close to the studio reformer 3 X price, and I the customer support was so helpful and they gave me great directions on installation and how to set it up.
