  I ordered the ***** 2.0 reformer and it has been great. The reformer was easy to assemble. Nothing was damaged. The reformer is very smooth. You wouldnt even notice that it was a foldable reformer. I love that it came fully loaded with a box, jumpboard, and padded footplate. That will definitely allow me to be versatile in my training. I have been working out daily at home with this reformer and I couldnt be happier. I also have appreciated the customer service. I had questions regarding the large grip footplate and they were able to help me right away with that. They have been very responsive.

  Do not order from this business!Jan 22 - scheduled appointment to discuss reformers (consultation option they offer), no call. Emailed. Someone called. I picked my reformer.Jan 26 - ordered reformer. Website stated ships in 3-5 business days. Jan 31 - emailed customer service on ***. That product online now states 4-6 weeks for those yet to purchase. Hoping mine did not fall in this bucket. Feb 1 - emailed customer service. Told to email tracking separately. Did so. Feb 6 - informed my order would ship the following week.Feb 14 - emailed tracking. No reply Feb 18 - emailed tracking. Was told Manager would like to talk to me. Informed they "oversold" yet 3.5 weeks later after confirming my shipping timeline twice - they just discovered this...offered me free accessories. I requested free shipping $290 discount. Feb 19 - followed up to inquire about approval of the discount. No reply.Feb 21 - call from manager confirming approval of discount. Told product will come in another 5 weeks. Agreed to wait...Feb 28 - discount was not applied (I had used Affirm monthly payments). Emailed inquiring. No response.Mar 3 - emailed again. Manager called me. told they would process the refund and 300 reformers were in ****, my order would be shipped high priority next week. Offered $300 off another reformer (that was actually just cheaper already so not a real discount); confirmed I'd like the extra discount off my original order.Mar 4 - emailed. Received reply confirming discount & check on refund. Order was subsequently cancelled "accidentally"Mar 5 - emailed + called. Was told an invoice would be sent to pay again; never received Mar 7 - emailed, no response.Mar 10 - called + Emailed, no response Mar 11 - emailed, no response. Called & manager refuted the offer she gave earlier. Said would circle back, no response.Mar 18 - 7 weeks + 3 days later (supposed to have been received ~1 week after ordering), nothing being done to resolve + still no active order anymore

  The item you ordered was the last unit available, and during our final quality check, it was found not suitable for shipping. As we maintain high standards for all products we deliver, we made the decision to issue a full refund when you chose not to switch to an alternative model which we completely understand and respect.
  We realize that this outcome may have been disappointing, but we truly believe that canceling the order was the better option than sending you a reformer that did not meet our standards.

  My order arrived sooner than expected. The equipment was carefully packed. The reformer is sturdy and made with top quality materials. I was able to set it up easily instruction were clear. I had an issue with one of the parts I sent an email and they immediately sent out a part to replace it before I could confirm which specific needed to be replaced. I received the wrong part in a few days. I sent another email requesting to be called and the very next day on a Saturday I received a call and we were able to sort it out. Monday the correct part was shipped out. The customer service was amazing. I was a little nervous about not being able to call a customer service number but they are on top of their emails.

  I purchased 4 Reformers from Personal Hour. My students and I love them! I've had 2 Balanced Body Reformers for over 20 years and wanted to add to my studio. I decided that the cost of the ** ones didn't make sense for me at the time. I heard about PH from a friend who visited a studio with them and decided to try them. I was able to get 4 for the price of 2 ** ones and I'm very happy about my decision. The customer service was great. I always heard back quickly with any questions and they were delivered on time as promised. They feel great and have many options and accessories. They're high quality and comfortable. If you're looking for quality Reformers that are beautiful and priced well, I would highly recommend Personal Hour.

  I did a great deal of research before purchasing. And I ran across an ad from Personal Hour ***************** I reviewed their options , made an appointment online and visited their studio. They were very helpful and allowed me to try all of the different options so I could pick the perfect one. I wanted a folding one and they even allowed me to open and close the final one of the options to make sure I could easily open and close it. I was there to buy 3 machines for myself , my mother and daughter. I was ready to buy that day but ***** who had been very helpful suggested I go and think about which one I wanted and let her know within the next few days. I appreciated that there was no high pressure salesmanship. They were so pleasant to deal with. I ended up buying 3 of the same machine in different colors their color options were exceptional. Paid online through a secure portal and was kept well informed of the shipping and transit and arrival of the machines. Once they arrived at the local shipper they called to arrange what worked with my schedule for delivery which I appreciated. Now that we have our 3 machines we have them set up which was so easy to do. We use them daily, we have used very high priced machines at a local studios and a couple of other showrooms and the Personal Hour Machines are perfect, they work so smoothly and all of the parts of the machine are well made , you can tell that they care about the product they make and sell. I rave about the machines and the company in general to anyone and everyone who I happen to talk about Pilates with and even those in general conversation. My mother is 82 and I am 62 and my daughter 32 and we all 3 love our machines and can choose our resistance with their huge array of springs. Also the fact that the reformers came with everything you could need including the box, circles and straps. We also bought the rolling stand with the iPad and it really is great. I HIGHLY recommend Personal Hour !

  I ordered a reformer from Personal Hour and it came securely packaged in a timely manner. It took about 1 week to ship and then was delivered 2 days later. Assembly was not that difficult, I was able to complete it alone, and I received everything necessary in my packages. Nothing was damaged or missing which was great. Their customer service has been quick and effective, they assisted me with the set up and have answered all my questions as it relates to using the reformer. I purchased the foldable ***** 2.0 and folding and unfolding it is easy, if I can do it anyone can. The reformer itself is extremely high quality for the price, it also looks very nice. I feel safe and secure preforming advanced movements, it does not limit my ability to practice pilates in anyway. The carriage is smooth and quiet, there are no bumps with movement or noise from the springs. This is seriously studio quality! I think I even prefer it over the reformer my studio uses. Im extremely pleased with my purchase, the reformer, and the customer service of **********************.

  I bought my wife a reformer from PersonalHour and the quality is great. It was much cheaper than the big name brands but its definitely similar quality. Their customer service was fantastic as well! We got the reformer in just 6 weeks which was faster than the 8-11 that they originally quoted but Im not complaining.   I ordered an in-stock ***** 2.0 foldable reformer from Personal Hour and received it pretty quick! I love how easy it is to fold the reformer and put it away in my closet, plus the wheels make moving it so much easier. I don't find the folding to affect the smoothness of the carriage at all. They have options to buy other springs, I bought a blue one because I wanted a variety of resistance. It's the best cost-effective reformer I could've bought to practice my classes on and get a good at-home workout. I would support this small business again!
